gested routes and connections have been identified in consultation with experienced County cyclists and local cycling shops.The designation of a road on the map as a bicycle route or pathway does not necessarily guarantee one’s safety. Cyclists must

exercise the same caution they would use when riding on similar roads that have not been so designated. All routes should be evalu-ated by each individual cyclist based on their level of experience, comfort level in cycling along higher travelled routes, weather conditions, time of day, and any road obstacles, whether temporary or permanent, such as construction or potholes. This map is not intended as a guide for children unless there is adequate adult supervision. The County, the Prince Edward County Chamber of Tourism & Commerce and Samlyn Enterprises are not responsible for any unforeseeable offences committed by third parties, which may cause a hazard to cyclists.
