Overview The client are a design company who specialise in electronic hardware and embedded software, mechanical, biochemical and industrial engineering. The design consultants have a wealth of experience, are dedicated to quality and collectively they have covered a wide spectrum of industry sectors, client profiles, work definitions, technologies and methodologies. Requirement The tools were already in existence and the product was already in production, however the client was not satisfied with the quality of the parts being produced and the poor service they were receiving in terms of speed and quality of response to issues raised. Subsequently the client was looking for a plastic injection moulding company that they could trust and rely on for high quality parts and good service. Solution PNP provided quotations and the customer visited our facilities. The client was happy with the pricing and impressed by what he saw, the tools were delivered to PNP within a few weeks.
