Day 1: Individual arrival to EisenachAfter your arrival you can start your musictour programme with an individual walkthrough the beautiful city of Eisenach. Veryfascinating are the Old City Center and theimpressive building of the theatre house.
Day 2: Eisenach and MuehlhausenIn the morning you get to know manyinteresting facts about the life of Bach inEisenach during a guided walking tour ofEisenach. Let your group discover places ofthe famous musician where he left histraces. Look forward to your visit of theBach House, the birthplace of the famouscomposer where a highly professional guidewill tell you more about Bach. In theafternoon your group drives to the Unstrutcity of Muehlhausen by coach and exploresthe city during a thematic sightseeing tour.In the Blasii Church, which is a three-aisledhall church with elaborately designedfacade and rose window, Johann SebastianBach once worked as an organist for aperiod of one year. To arrange a shortorgan playing is possible on request.
Day 3: Weimar and LeipzigBefore this musical trip leads your guests toLeipzig, they explore the city of Weimar,where Bach developed his distinct way ofplaying cantatas. In Weimar a visit to theChurch of St. Peter and Paul is a "pleasantduty". It is also named Herder Church andwas the baptistery of the two sons ofJohann Sebastian Bach. Enjoy an organconcert before you continue to Leipzig. Hereyour group will get to know more about thehistory and traditions of Leipzig, whichGoethe once called his "Little Paris".
Day 4: LeipzigToday your group will visit the St. ThomasChurch, which is the home of the famous St.Thomas boys choir. Afterwards a visit to theBach Museum could be part of your musictour programme. The Bach Museum Leipzigpresent the life and work of the St. Thomascantor and the whole Bach family in aninteractive and multimedia way.
Day 5: Individual departureExtend the itinerary of this musical tour andcomplement your cultural journey with a tripto the Saxon capital, Dresden or to Köthen.
