Os ambientes menos elevados do universo so compostos de matria mais densa e grosseira, sendo suscetveis doenas e sofrimentos. Em oposio a esse plano, conforme se evolui as potencialidades mentais, o ambiente vai sublimando e tornando-se cada vez mais rarefeito e cheio de luz.

Na espiritualidade, a medida em que se ascende o patamar das percepes, os espritos vislumbram a terra, o cu, os animais e os vegetais como irmos no Todo, compartilhando humilde e sem arrogncia a universalidade que foi dada a todos os seres, por seu nascimento e por sua existncia.No mbito da matria terrena, embora tenhamos buscado um estgio civilizacional superior, estamos tateando sombras em nossa pequena capacidade de percepo e raciocnio.

A maioria das bocas que conclamam a espiritualidade so as mesmas que se regozijam cheias de sangue do extermnio de seres inocentes. Essa condio retroativa tem nos impedido de focar o mundo abstrato do esprito, cujas radiaes superiores nos so dirigidas para sustentar uma vida harmnica e saudvel.

Esse pio carnvoro tambm um ato contra o prprio ser humano e a humanidade a qual est inserido.Quando passarmos a enxergar nas outras espcies, seres que sentem e sofrem, nos livraremos das incivilidades que cometemos entre nossa prpria gente.

A matria de suas carnes em oposio ao esprito, est carregada de impurezas que envenenam o corpo fsico e desvairam as capacidades evolutivas, limitando as emoes elevadas e os pensamentos superiores. A ansiedade, a angstia e a dor daqueles que involuntariamente perdem sua vida, seja atravs de nossas prprias mos ou a centenas de quilmetros em matadouros, nos encoleriza e embutrece nosso esprito de tal forma que somos prejudicados pela influncia negativa da misria e do sofrimento que a eles causamos.

A percepo da atmosfera sutil do plano espiritual contrasta incomensuravelmente com a viso dos matadouros carregados de sangue e sofrimento, necrfilos e sombrios, objetivamente retirados da cidade e ocultados das pessoas. Ao alimentarmos de carne, estamos na verdade canibalizando o nosso prprio esprito de atingir um grau mais elevado na escala dos valores morais, intelectuais e estticos.

O vegetarianismo como prtica alimentar, se expressa como o domnio das paixes inferiores e da matria bruta, abrindo as portas aos muitos degraus que o homem ainda tem de galgar rumo verdadeira espiritualidade.

No plano superior todos so membros de uma famlia nica.Abstendo-se de carne, da mesma forma, estaremos amando a todos sem distino, espiritualizando-nos.Ao tornar-se vegetariano, voc perceber o divino valor de cada ser, compreender melhor as coisas a cada dia e a razo fundamental pela qual passamos momentaneamente por aqui.

Tais consideraes necessitam ser vistas e examinadas com o esprito desarmado de preconceitos e, para muitos, talvez ainda seja um imenso desafio razo e coragem, no considerar alimentos mortos e desvitalizados como veculos condutores espiritualidade.Incio

In the spiritual world, as one ascends the levels of perceptions, spiritual persons visualize the earth, heavens, fauna and flora as brothers in Totality thereby sharing humbly and without arrogance the universality that was given to all living beings through their birth and their existence.In the earthly sphere, although we have sought a higher stage of civilization, we are groping in darkness with our limited capacity of perception and reasoning.

The majority of the mouths that call for spirituality are the same ones which, blood-filled, rejoice at the extermination of innocent beings,This backward condition has prevented us from focusing on the abstract world of the spirit, whose higher radiations direct us to sustain a harmonic and healthy life.

This carnivorous opium is also an act against the human being itself and the humanity of which we are part.When we begin to perceive other species, beings which feel and suffer, we will be freed from the uncivilized acts we commit amongst ourselves.

The matter of their flesh, as opposed to their spirits, is charged with impurities which poison the physical body and disturb our evolutionary capacities, limiting more elevated emotions and higher levels of thought.The anxiety, anguish and pain of those who, against their will, lose their lives either by our hand or hundred of miles away in slaughterhouses, poisons us and vilifies our spirit in such a way that we are harmed by the negative influence of the misery and suffering that we have caused them.

Perception of the subtle atmosphere of the spiritual plane contrasts immeasurably with the vision of blood-filled slaughterhouses, death-ridden and somber, purposely removed from the city and hidden from people.As we feed on meat, we are in fact cannibalizing our own spirit and preventing it from attaining a higher degree in the scale of moral, intellectual and aesthetic values.

As a way of eating, vegetarianism expresses itself as the control of lower passions and gross matter, opening doors to the many steps that humanity still has to climb in the direction of true spirituality.

On a higher plane we are all members of one family. In the same manner, if we abstain from eating meat we are loving all beings without distinction, thereby spiritualizing ourselves.In becoming a vegetarian, one will perceive the divine value of each being, and will better understand lifes events and the fundamental reason for which we pass temporarily on earth.

Such considerations must be viewed and examined with a spirit freed of prejudices which, for many, may still be an immense challenge to reason and courage: to not consider dead and lifeless food as vehicles aiming at spirituality.
