Wastewater is pumped into the inlet chamber
Clean water flows into the discharge funnel
Sludge and fat is scraped into the sludge funnel
The sludge flows from the sludge funnel to the
sludge hopper
Suspended solids and fat are separated from the water and float to the surface where it is skimmed of by scraper in to the sludge funnel.
