south of fifth is arguably the most “desirable” neighborhood in Miami, and has emerged as the most expensive section in Miami Beach. A string of high-rise condos along the water, which were at the center of the struggle over the city’s development 15 years ago, are now selling at record prices. MV group continues to be at the center of it all, gutting and completely renovating dozens of units which invest an average of $100 to $150 per square foot on design and construction to transform completely raw units into show stopping designs that capture buyers.

required a total redo from floor to
ceiling, including a 3,000 square-foot
second floor addition, bringing the
home’s total square footage to over
10,000sf. Beginning with the raw shell, we
designed and built an entirely new interior,
added impact windows, doors, coffered
ceilings, a new driveway with artificial grass
inlays, marble flooring and baths, custom
closets, extensive millwork, a new bar area, a new
infinity pool, and over 30,000sf of landscaping
and garden design.

Marquis is known for its breathtaking panoramic view of the city and ocean, now combine that with great finishes and design this two story penthouse is a dream come true.
Mv group transformed his raw, two bedroom loft space into a full 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom oasis. we incorporated oversized marble tiles throughout the apartment, with full custom cut slabs for the stairs. the 20’ ceiling heights are accentuated by extravagant chandeliers and motorized flowing ripple-fold linen drapes. the foyer walls of the apartment are covered with silk wallpaper and natural stone to the custom-built walk-in closets, pantry, linen closets, laundry room and utilize rooms are sure to satisfy anyone’s storage needs.

headquarters!
when two top south florida corporations called on MV group to renovate their Miami corporate headquarters, our team responded by developing renderings and a plan of how their architectural transformation would take place in less than 120 days. MV’s plan was to completely rebuild the space from floor to ceiling, to include flooring, soffits, lighting, custom millwork, architectural paneling, video walls, and floor to ceiling glass conference rooms – with full video conferencing and other state-of-the-art automation.

only MV group could take an $8 million bay front mansion on north Bay road and up its value to $15 million. And the owner, a global entertainment mogul, couldn’t be more pleased with the results, a 5,000-square-foot addition to the home’s existing 7,000 foundation brings it to a whopping 12,000 square feet. from foundation to roof, MV group did the architecture, interior design, and is currently under construction for a nearly 5,000 square-foot ground-up addition project.
A 15-person home movie theater, a bay front guesthouse, air-conditioned garages for collector cars and a glass wine cellar top the list of standout features.
