You must live in government leased housing. Benefits include: federal subsidies, free initial and ongoing training, and the use of materials and equipment to set up your home.

Weight Loss ChallengeFebruary 2 - March 20Registration deadline January 23
Join us for our annual weight loss and wellness challenge! Compete in a 6 week challenge to help reach your health and fitness goals. Mandatory weekly weigh-ins, Body Fay % measurements and a food journal check will be conducted every Friday at 10 a.m. and at 1 p.m.Cost: $50 - includes two free fitness classes, a food journal and body assessment. Nutritional classes will be offered on February 6 & 20 and March 6. Great prizes to win!
