    Plaquedilla Park

    CYP is now offering a openrecreation program for our kidsages 10 - 12 years old whileschool is in recess. Pare ntsmust come to the Youth Centerto register for this program.Proof of birth is required. For

    times and dates stop by the Center and we will give youall of the details. This is a great opportunity for kids to

    enjoy some time away from home. We have computers,board games, a variety of gaming systems, includingXbox 360 and PS3, pool and foosball tables and a wholelot more. For more info call us at 678-3310.

    Monday, July 9...Join us for a movie matinee!The Amazing Spiderman, rated PG 13 at theAMC Theater. The release date for this movie isscheduled for July 3rd. The time will bescheduled once the movie is released.

    Saturday, July 14...Liberty Lagoon featuring st ate-of-the-art

    elevated slides, water slides, lazy river, swimming pools anda beach area. Th e bus will leave the YouthCenter at 1000 and return by 2030. The costto enter the park is $10 per person.Life jackets are free. You can purchase tubes

    and concessions.

    Friday, July 20...Top Music Chart Night at the WestbankSkate Country. Skate time is from 1900 to2300. We will depart from the Youth Center at1800 and arrive back at the Center at midnight.The entry fee with your own skates will be

    $8.00, without skates $11.00. Concessions are also sold.

    Saturday, July 21...Come out and enjoy an overnight partywith your friends and classmates! Teen Center Lock-In willbe from 2200 - 0600.

    Summer Reading Program July Performers

    The following performers are coming here for the month of July.

    All performances are scheduled to be from 1300-1400 hrs. in the MWR Library..

    Children and parents: the children have to read 10 books and write the titles in their Reading Log thawhen joining the program in order to receive their Summer Reading Program T-shirt.

    We have Story Time at 0930 every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month. Mark your calendars and brchildren for a morning adventure in the world of storytelling.

    The Auto Skills Center is for those

    who prefer to work on their own

    vehicles. The shop has tools

    and equipment for all facets

    of car repair and mainte-

    nance. A CD Library of

    manuals, tools (including

    metric) are available to our

    patrons. Fees are based upon

    work being performed. Stop

    by and pick up a brochure

    with our bay charges.

    Need a place to store your boat or RV? We have an out-

    door storage compound. Cost $30.00 per month.

    Autorama...The Auto Skills

    Autorama is the only authorized

    area on base to sell your vehi-

    cle, RV or boat. Check out

    whats for sale. Cost $10 for a

    two-week interval.

    The facility can support up to 160people, has a new dcor and offersa full service bar. Its the perfectplace for wedding receptions,ceremonies, retirement and

    MWR has two great sites to hold your parties,barbecues and special events. The LibertyPavilion and Plaquedilla Park may be reservedby calling Outdoor Recreation at 678-3142.

    Liberty Pavilion...Located by Bldg. 410This area has a large shaded deck, canaccommodate 100 people, has a grill, picnictables, and a sand volleyball court. Comingsoon will be an outdoor pool table and ping pong table enjoyment. Rest rooms are within a 100 yards.

    Plaquedilla Park...Located neThis site has a covered paviliaccommodates 200 people anceiling fans, water,picnic tables, and

    inside rest rooms.The park has a newstate of the artelectronic interactive
