Proven Feed Table Design

Full width feed table is comprised of a hydraulically driven endless 108.5” wide belt, and is raised and lowered hydraulically. There are 2 hydraulic drive beater bars to evenly disperse the silage into the rotor for uniform packing and a smooth bag.

Transport

The MX1012 has a folded transport width of 8’6” without the tractor hitch option, and 9 feet with the tractor hitch option. Simply fold up the transport hitch, using the electric winch and use the hydraulic lift jack to attach to the truck.

Low Profi le Rotor

The MX1012 features a 21” diameter rotor with a working width of 9.5 feet with 110 weld-on abrasion resistant tine caps. At its core is a 9”x2” wall annealed rotor tube for strength and long term dependability. There are reversible bolt-on stripper bar plates for increased life of the plates.

The rotor is hydraulically driven from each end by Black Bruin BB7 radial piston motors. The rotor is mounted in a low profi le position to ensure the bag is packed as dense and uniform as possible, to help ensure the highest quality feed storage.

Power to the Rotor

To power the 9.5 foot rotor, and the dual Black Bruin radial piston motors, the MX1012 comes equipped with a powerful, cost effi cient Tier III Cummins QSC 305hp 8.3 liter engine (power bulge to 333hp).

Tunnel Clean-Out

You spoke. We listened. And designed the MX1012 with a hydraulically retractable tunnel fl oor designed to make cleaning out the tunnel easier than ever before!

When you have completed fi lling a Genuine Ag-Bag silage bag, retract the tunnel fl oor so the remaining silage falls free of the machine.

The retractable bag pan is pivoting and hydraulically operated for your convenient ease of use.

Tunnel

You’ll fi nd a hallmark of the MX1012 is its versatility, with an interchangeable 10 or 12 foot tunnel and tunnel extension, with a Quick-Latch System requiring no tools.

Anchor System

To ensure tightly packed bags, the MX1012 Commercial utilizes a twin anchor system with 2 hydraulic anchor winches and cables that extend up to 20 feet.

Bag Boom and Bag Cradle

To make installing a Genuine Ag-Bag silage bag onto the tunnel as easy as possible, the MX1012 is equipped with a bag boom that rotates 180 degrees, with an electric bag boom winch to lift the bag cradle into place.

To ensure safe operation, the cradle is permanently attached to the boom, eliminating the need for an operator to climb on top of the machine to attach it. The cradle is also used for mounting the tunnel and tunnel extension.

Cleaning the Ag-Bag MX1012 is a snap with the newly designed retractable tunnel fl oor.

Operator Platform

The operator platform is located on the same side as the truck driver for ease of communication. It is an open station with a canopy, complete with a comfortable seat, arm rest, and single joystick control.

Wheels and Brakes

For manoeuvring in tight quarters, the MX1012 comes equipped with hydrostatic steering with over 90 degree turning radius one direction and 18 degrees in the opposite direction. Tires are 445/65R19.5 on 19.5 x 14” wheels. There are 4 wheel S-Cam air brakes and 2 wheel parking brakes, spring applied, air released.
