Vertical Multi-Stage In-Line Pumps
ConstructionVertical multi-stage pumps with suction and delivery connectionsof the same diameter and arranged along the same axis (in-line).Corrosion-resistant bearing sleeves lubricated by the pumped liquid.Removal of the mechanical seal without dismantling the motor(for MXV 25-32-40-50,100 with motors exceeding 4 KW).A pump with thrust bearing and sleeve coupling for use of anystandard motor with IM V1 construction.

Pumps with frequency converter
The MXV EI pumps are available with power from 0,75 kW up to 22 kW, thepumps are equipped with I-MAT installed on board which allows to realize avariable-speed system extremely compact and efficient, ideal in applications ofwater supply and in the distribution of hot and cold water. The pump is equipped with transducers suitable for operation and is alreadyprogrammed at the factory.

Mode at a constant pressurewith pressure sensor
In this mode, the system maintains the preset pressure when the flow required bythe installation changes.
Proportional pressure mode with pressure sensor
In this mode the system changes the working pressure according to the requiredflow rate.
Constant flow mode with flow meter
In this mode the system maintains a constant flow rate value in a point of theinstallation according to the required pressure.
Fixed speed mode with setting of the speed preferential rotation.
In this mode, by changing the working frequency, you may choose any operationalcurve included within the working range.
Constant temperature modewith temperature transducerIn this mode the system keeps the temperature constant inside a system bychanging the speed of the pump.

Easy Assembly of the MotorWith the single-piece sleeve coupling the pump unit can be supplied fullyassembled also without the motor.
