• The Interpreters all attended ‘Access to music’ in 2009 and are currently attending ‘The British Academy of New Music’ in London

• The band usually rehearse at the BANM studios, Access studios or rent Earth Studios in Norwich.

• The Interpreters draw their influences from artists such as The Beatles, The Kinks, Aretha Franklin and Jimi Hendrix. They take their love of the sixties and bring it right up to speed combining it with a contempary indie pop feel.

• Their style of music can be described as indie/alternative/pop

• They have been compared to the likes of The Kooks, The Police,

The Interpreters haveplayed support slots for bands such

as; The Twang, The Holloways, The Rascals, The Paddingtons...
