Section 1 - Accessing the Learning Hub

1. Click on the Learning Hub Shortcut on the desktop

2. Or input the following web address into Google Chrome:

https://elht-learninghub.co.uk/login/index.php

3. Login with your username and password

Username: Is your 8 digit

Assignment /payroll number

If you have forgotten your Username

or Password please click here and

follow the set instructions

Section 4 – Recording your CPD Hours

1. Click on the ‘Record my CPD Hours’ button

- CPD stands for Continuous Professional Development e.g. any training or

learning experience

2. Click ‘Log CPD activity’ to open the E-form

3. Fill in the E-form

Input a start & end date for your CPD activity

Input the

Remember

to link to the

Trust Vision

Record the length of

the activity/training to

the nearest whole hour

i.e. 1, 2 etc.

If you have a professional

registration you can relate

your CPD to your own

professional standards

Section 5 – Recording your Feedback

1. Click on the ‘Record my Feedback’ button

2. Click ‘Log Feedback’ to open the E-form

Section 7 – Editing & Deleting Entries to Log

1. Click on the red ‘X’ icon to delete

2. Click on (pencil) icon to edit the selected entry in the E-form

- You can edit or delete any of the entries on your CPD, Feedback and Reflections

logs

Section 8 – Printing Logs

1. Click on the ‘Print’ button

- To print your CPD and Feedback logs follow the instructions below, to print your

Reflections see page 17.

- The logs will print out onto the ELHT Templates

- Example of Printed Forms (CPD)

You can ‘select all’ if you would

like to print the entire log

2. Click on the ‘Print’ icon to print your Reflections

- You can print out the Reflections log

- The log will print out onto the ELHT form

Section 9 – Saving your E-Portfolio

- To save your CPD, Feedback and Reflections follow the print instructions set out on

pages 16 & 17 until you can see a similar screen below:

- The following screen should be seen:

Click on the change button

Click on ‘save as PDF’ and

save the forms/templates into

your documents or storage

device

1. Click on the ‘Upload Additional Evidence’ button
