Life Changes

A true story

Amazing things happen in life for a reason, and everyone has his or her story to tell. My vision

will come true, it sounds unbelievable but so exciting to see glory.

When I flashback about my life and family background I still thinks I move from a point.

I hail from a community which heavily depend on rain for subsistence farming but unluckily the

rains fall for only five months in a year as shown in the chart below. There is poverty level of

about 80% and no potential means of hope. Why my family did came from that directions?

We cultivate different kinds of crops: Millet, Beans, and maize but in less quantities

The community lacks nutrition for growth and development. When I was a child I could feel the

heat from the scorching sun for seven months recurrently. Education, religion, and economic

activities are priority, basic needs which are essential for growth are scarce, and the dilemma as

sickness are treated traditionally because there is no money for the ward to go to hospital.

Upon all these catastrophes we still feel happy, joyous, and strong in the community. And now I

have move hear and the whole community eyes are on me for hope, this is the passion and zeal

that is pushing me to work hard and help them.

Children and adults all around the world have a purpose, we are motivated and determined to

serve our purpose, lead a way and focused for better future as my favorite inspirational quote

“Happy people have two things in common. They know exactly what they want and they feel

they're moving toward getting it. That's what makes life feel good: when it has direction, when

you are heading straight for what you love”.

My family

I have a family of twenty-two member’s livening together in the same house; seven brothers,

three sisters, two moms, six cousins, three sister-in-laws and a dad. Being born and raise from

such poor community and a big family, am so proud of my mom whom I lost back in the year

2001 when I was 12 years old, she taught me good attitude, good morals, religion, and to focus in

my future. She told me to be unique and plan on how to create a healthy future for myself since

it will be a challenge to survive from such a big family in a deprive community. She was always

there for me anytime I need her, she inspired to focus in education, motivate me to believe in

myself in all decision making for life challenges.

Who is my hero? My mom is my hero, told me son, you are good boy and you will be a great

man the future but I will not be there to see your greatness and as a kid I said mommy you will

see me and we will enjoy my greatness together, thank you mommy. Children hate suffering and

hardship (poverty) but my mom inspired me and showed me that am going to help bring up my

family, what else does children need from parents (moms)? Inspirations, love, and belong.

I knew my mom wants the best of me so I also showed her the best, I learn all the time and get

good grades in school which made her proud and happy, I listen to her all the time and was a

good kid.

I never thought I would one day travel to American a country with great opportunities where I

can achieved my golden dream, but today, I am in stage where I got all opportunities to become

successful , I feel like all the kind and decent life my mom leave with me is a blessing. Good

things comes through go life.

Everyone gets all that to be successful and children need to live a good life from childhood, our

parents have good advises and good fortune to us, their words can be blessing and they love us

all.

For the world of fames, I feel so great about my life and where I am now to continue my purpose

and achieve my dream.

Good life brings good fortune.
