It is pos­sible and probable that some requisitions for mnteri al in this category will be reoeived in the future but it is anticipated that they will be minor in nature and amount. There is vary lltUe 118terial l eft in stock which Clan be so transferred since practically all surplus Navy material has been, or is in process of being, di sposed of.

For purpose of accounting, it is recon~ended that the total tentative aid program contemplated by the Navy Department for f u ture transfer to Foreign Governments under the provisions of Section J(a)(2) Public Law ll be astimnted at $750,000.00.
