COLORS ARE?
COLOR: producing print on the retina the light rays reflected and absorbed by an object.
PRIMARY COLOR: primary color is considered that the color can not be obtained by mixing any other. This is an
idealized model, based on the biological response of the human eye receptor cells (cones) in the presence of certain
frequencies of light and interference, and is dependent on the subjective perception of the human brain. Mixing
two primary colors gives rise to a secondary color.
SECONDARY COLOR: The secondary colors are perceptual color shades, which are obtained by mixing equal
primary colors in pairs. Secondary colors are an idealized model, fully dependent on the source that represents the
color, the nature of the material that generates and subjective characteristics of visual perception.
