• Significance• I have been interested in airline companies. And I want to work at

ANA.

Research findings “Regular position”

• ANA regular position is divided into three units.• Corporate, Business, and Operation

• Corporate = Planning, Legal, Personnel, and Accounting

• Business = Consumer and Product service, Marketing and International operation

• Operation = Operation management, Flight operation, and Maintenance

• United Airlines has more divided and complex units.*But they are not different.

EX) TOEIC

Regular position = Minimum 700

Cabin attendant = Minimum 600

Individual Concerns

• Working at airline companies as a regular position is…..

• Not different from other companies greatly.• But Airline companies require highly advanced English skills.
