Healthy relationship ♥♥♥

Relationship play important role in our life. Especially during the teens years.

It is good to make decision about relationship with friends, family, relative and dating partner.

It is good that if you get the right information from your parents, teachers and friends about healthy respectful, relationship.

What makes healthy relationship? ☻☻☻

Mutual respect: In my opinion healthy relationship is that each person should respect each other.

Here is one points how we come to that our relationship is healthy.

• Does your partner listen when you say you are not comfortable doing something. And then back off right away.

• If he/ she respect you and respect what you say and would never challenge the other person boundaries.

Relationships are just like birds, If you hold tightly they will die. If you hold lightly the fly, but if you them when care, They remain with you forever. ♥ ♥ ♥ ♫

Honesty and support Honesty is when one of you isn’t being

honest. Like if your BF speaks lie!!!! he told you that he had to work on Friday night but that day he watching with his friends.!!!!!

Again next time he said that then I think it is difficulty to believe him again.

So better is stop him at the first time.

What is Unhealthy relationship?

A relationship is unhealthy when it involves mean, disrespectful, controlling, or abusive behavior.

In my point of view I think that unhealthy relationship comes from mostly them like some teens live in homes with parents who fights a lot or abuse each other. Emotionally, verbally or physically.

And this behavior can almost seen normal. Many of us learn from watch and imitating the people close to us.

So I think who lived around the violent or disrespectful behavior may not have manner how to talk other. So with this we come to know that about theirself.

Warning sighs for an unhealthy relationship?

In my opinion when a BF using verbal insult, mean language, nasty words and gets physical by hitting, slating or forces someone into sexual activity!! Its an important warning sigh of verbal, emotional, or physical abuse.

Now its your time to ask yourself: ♦ get angry when I don’t drop everything for him or her? ♦ ask me to quit on activity, even though I love it? ♦ even raise a hand when angry, like he want hit me? SO Don’t TRUST to much , Don’t LOVE to much , Don’t HOPE to much, Because that too much, Can hurt you so much.

Positive thinking ☻

Negative and positive emotions Positive emotions: Some emotions are

positive. Think of happiness,

joy, interest, excitement, love.

JUST POSITIVE THINK CAN CREATE A SENSE WELL BEING.

Negative emotions:

Some emotions are negative.

Sadness, anger, loneliness, jealous, fear, painful.

NEGATIVE EMOTIONS CAN BE STRESSFUL.

Learn how to change your mood

Try to do those things that make you happy, even if you don't feel like it at the time.

It will take your attention in the work . For example, you might not be in the mood to go

out after a breakup, but going to the mall or watching a funny movie with friends can lift you out of that negative space.

Like spend more time with your family. …….Making memories. Participating in the conversation!!! LISTEN and RESPONE.

Hope you understand Never let others play with your feelings.

Career When I’m free don’t feel to do any work

then I starting thinking about my career.

And I also think about which one enjoyable and which is interesting to me.

With this I used to have outside games and hobbies.

Build positive thinking Positive feelings create a sense of

happiness and well being. Make a habit to focus on what's good in

your life — even the little things. like the praise your dad gave you for

fixing his bookshelves How great the salad you made for lunch

tastes. when I am feeling bad I shift my think

from negative to positive.

Exercise Regular physical activity burns the calories and

build muscles. With this I feel very great whole day. Exercise help us to maintain our body properly. And

also reduce diseases. With this I think I can loose my weight.

There is another activity to do exercise, its interesting, like walking with family dog, cycling to school, and also other things that increase our energy level.

Now its your turn if you want to loose more calories then add some strength exercise to build muscles.

Reduce the screen time

There is more reasons to get less exercise because of increasing of screen time. We spend to much time on computers, laptop, playing video games, and watching T.V.\

That’s not good for health. I thing teens should spend not more

than 2 hours continuously.

Eat 5 serving of fruits and veggies a day:

Fruits and veggies are about more than just vitamins and minerals. They all are packed with fiber. Which means they fill you up.

That’s your choice how you want to eat, you can eat them!!! Like you can drink juice of mix fruits if you Want or veggie soap you can eat.

Serving of proteins Such as piece of cheese, a cup of yogurt, or

a tablespoon of peanut butter.

10 exercise tips: Take the stairs, instead of the elevator. Instead of driving, walk or bike to places like

school or friend house or your choice. If you have to drive, park the car further away then

you need to. Vacuum the room, wash the car, it’s not the chore-

its an exercise opportunity!! Limit your time watching T.V, using the computers

and playing the games. Interesting part !! DO dance. Be sure to include the activity that gets your heat

beating faster, which makes you sweat.
