My Ideal Work Environment My Motivations I enjoy creating new things and doing things differently. I like solving problems by being innovative. With the familiar, I like seeing it in a new light. I also enjoy helping others succeed. I like opportunities to mentor and teach, and to listen and advise. I am energized when the people I have coached or supported have a breakthrough or achieve a new accomplishment. I like working systematically. I go about my work in step-‐ by-‐ step making process as efficient as possible. My Strengths I excel in determining the right tools to get the job done. I use approaches to logically analyze a situation. I understand the steps need to be taken and can analyze the information at hand to select the most effective approach. I recognize potential problems before others see them; using a keen sense for observation and the ability to attend to details, I notice discrepancies that can change outcomes. As a result, I can take corrective action before a problem escalates. I perform well in rapidly changing situations/environments. I excel in managing multiple projects or tasks at the same time. I effectively set priorities and switch between tasks without losing focus. I see multiple solutions to solve a problem and readily adjust tactics. My Top 3 Personality Traits I naturally strive to achieve goals and feel accomplished and satisfied when I achieve them. I am driven to get a lot done in a short amount of time. I am responsible, dependable, ambitious, busy, and efficient. I value traditions and believe they are important; connecting me to others through common history. I sometimes prefer to avoid new approaches or ideas until they have been proven superior; however when change is needed I am quick to adapt to change. I am very organized and like to plan ahead. I feel most comfortable when things are settled in advance and do not like last minute changes, however if needed I adjust quickly to change. Values I value reaching new goals and directing others toward fulfilling those goals. I appreciate having the power to be the key decision maker and being recognized for the ensuing results. I find myself drawn to places of leadership, if possible. I also know to be a great leader, you also must be a great follower. I choose actions that align with a sense of responsibility (be it to family, community, or company).
