Experiential content of encounter:
Initiated direct contact with M (star family).
1st official starting point.

Today was rather interesting...
Started at just afternoon. A little early. Although Sun
penetrated ouratmosphere. Crabby, webby clouds created haze. After
a few 'chair' (sitting)adjustments. Damn hot to equals binocular
fog-up.
1st object I noticed remained stationary. Convinced it warranted
'zooming in' on,I found a most ordinary yellow balloon and
tether/string. Funny and not tooinfrequent occurence.
Somewhat difficult to view local star friends. Frustrated, but
persistent.(pertaining to myself)
Suddenly (after meditative 'tuning' process) I noticed an object
seeminglystaring at me (it had that sort of feeling to my observing
it). Initially, a bun-shaped round object. I noticed a red side to
it. I said "Oh balloon number two..."and dropped (ignored) it.
It moved and appeared to stare at me again. I felt something.
Subtle yetsustained. A telepathic component was apparently at
work.
Then a spiritually evolved, Loving intelligence commanded my
attention.
It felt right. As it rotated and moved about, it's image changed
significantly. Itre-established its position directly in my line of
vision, slightly upwards,comfortably so for me to observe without
strain.
Impressions: Female, Letter 'M' (mars or marre were initial
approximations I

had interpreted. This just felt strongly aligned with my
purpose/intentions.
I asked my 'locals' to signal if problem with scenario,
receiving a 'green light'.Saw a second green light/signal (At 4:00
session), but I lost their position inbinoculars and felt something
was happening in the sky, not sure how to explain
that feeling. But whatever it was it perhaps could have affected
secondinteraction. I apologize & felt a bit frustrated.Ended
somewhat abruptly as a result.
Okay...35th birthday. What I have stated repeatedly seems to
manifest.Coincidence? Don't know yet. Time will tell.
It was today on my 35th birthday that I had been given a
download of what Ineed to do to raise my bodys vibratory
signature.
TUNING METHOD:
- Open heart/Loving heart.
- Sincere-outwardly directed.
- Totally honest, devoid of deception.
- Clear intentions stated.
- Relate as everyday conversation.
- Focus on the 'calling' or 'seeking'
- Acknowledgement of each orb or friendly local through
Love.
- Greet & send Love & Blessings - over & over.
- Visualize (if needed)my location: Earth, North
America,California,etc.
- Openly express my sincere gratitude and appreciation.
*EXTRA:
-After session, I felt definitely altered or vibrationally moved
in a different waythan my other interactions which was entirely
unique. These 'tuning methods'were very clear and somehow
downloaded into my understanding despite thefact that no words
could be discerned.
-I suddenly felt extremely tired - very atypical.
-Guided to breathe in and out like waves on the shore of a
beach. In (ontoshore) & out (out to sea). I've never thought to
view breath as tidal movements.Hmm. I did not come up with
this.

-Fell asleep. Had nap for hour or so. Woke up completely
refreshed.
-Do not know if nap was directly related to this contact.
