My learning philosophyThe stages of my learning

philosophy are:1.-Personal needs

We have the necessity to produce language, there are different functions for example greeting, clarifying, inviting, advising, agreeing, etc.

2.-Learning needs There should be personal

needs in the classroom; I consider homework, exams and other assignments as learning needs also.

3.-Discovering and Constructivism

The way we are going to learn this new knowledge is in a constructivist way and also based in the discovering theory.

4.-Multiple Intelligences

We all have different ways of learning, and multiple intelligences will influence how fast and how well we are going lo learn.

5.-Feedback We need a feedback in

order to have a view of our developing, a feedback where we could stop and take a breath to see what we are doing right or wrong

6.-Maturity We will be mature

when we everything is completely clear and we produce language without any problem.

How can knowing your learning styles and intelligences help you as a teacher?If know your learning styles you will know the way you learn better, and you can help your students to learn, it is going to be easier looking for activities for them.

As teachers we need to know what the best way we learn is, because we tend to teach in this way.That is the reason we have to know how our learners learn better, in order to apply different pedagogical strategies in the classroom for each learning style.
