Purpose. What is purpose? Purpose is a unique identity, a standard to live by.

Everyone has his own specific vocation or mission in life. Everyone must carry out a concrete

assignment that demands fulfillment. Therein he cannot be replaced, nor can his life be

repeated. Thus everyones task is as unique as his specific opportunity to implement it. ~Viktor

Frankl. Each person is unique, having different physical and emotional attributes. The dreams,

goals, expectations, and aspirations that each of us has are all part of what makes us a unique

human being.

We as humans perceive the world and prepare for our future in different ways, but the

purpose for which we all were created remains the same. We are all created in the image of God

to abound with love and prosperity, to inhabit the earth, and seek to know the Lord thru his

divine revelation. The life I live, my purpose, is dedicated to a higher cause because I know that

my identity is in Jesus Christ.

For me purpose means living to encourage and enhance the lives others. Life becomes

harder for us when we live for others, but it also becomes richer and happier. ~ Albert

Schweitzer. My meaning and purpose in life is to learn as much as I can, to be the BEST that I

can, so to bring out the BEST(Boldness Earnestness Servitude Tenacity) in others, ultimately

my purpose is instantiated in my relationship with Jesus Christ, and is enlightened through an

attitude of servitude; see a need, do a deed, thats the life I wish to lead. Mypurpose is to be an

example in all circumstances, showing love to all through encouraging words and commitment to

a purpose driven life style.

Purpose denotes a level of expectancy. High achievement always takes place in the

framework of high expectation. ~ Charles F. Kettering. Expectancy comes from the people

around us, from the assumptions they create to the comments that they make. However, the

prime resolve of expectancy is derived from our notion of what we are able and willing to

accomplish. The effect of what others expect of us pales in comparison to the affectphysical

application- of what we expect of ourselves.

Purpose means action; we purpose our potential into reality. Whatever you vividly

imagine, ardently desire, sincerely believe, and enthusiastically act upon must inevitable come

to pass. ~ Carole Harder. Purpose doesnt just happen, we have to act, be boldand persist;we

have to will our purpose then carry it out with passion and finesse. A life of tenacity is a life

well lived.

We must find time to achieve our purpose. Knowledge comes, but wisdom lingers. It

may not be difficult to store up in the mind a vast quantity of face within a comparatively short

time, but the ability to form judgments requires the severe discipline of hard work and the

tempering heat of experience and maturity. ~ Calvin Coolidge. Time is our most valuable

asset, and I have found that it is much more enjoyable to give of my time, my effort and my

resources than it is to receive from others. However we have spent our time in the past, guides

our current priorities. Our priorities dictate our present decisions and affect our current

performance. Our current performance in return directs our future objective. I have said it

before, but I will say it again, Daily Decisions Determine Destiny.

Purpose requires planning ahead. The man who is prepared has his battle half fought ~

Miguel de Cervantes. Purpose implies a direction, the outcome of your actions. Purpose can be

defined by prospective, a vision. Life isnt just living for the moment, we need to have

prospective, we need to pay attention to where were we are going in the long run. The life that I

live is not my own I live for a much greater cause than myself. I live not for the moment but

prepare for the long run living each moment as if it were my last. Life is a highway, and you

are the driver so what is yourpurpose and what is your destiny?
