STATISTICALLY PROVEN RESULTS

PROFESSIONAL PROJECT DELIVERY We are very proud of our project team’s professionalism and effectiveness with which they approach the projects, small or big.

Partnering with us will give you peace of mind that your project will be delivered on time, professionally and with outmost care.

Our delivery team is trained on communication and administrative skills and can handle any group of teachers and learners effectively and professionally.

Our reporting system is very efficient. We will be in communication with you during the project giving you all the information needed for your own use.

OUR DELIVERY PROCESS:

1. All schools are pre-assessed to ensurethe school management is committedand give full support to the project andthe stated outcomes.

2. As soon as the project is finalized and readyto be launched our Project Manager logs theproject and initiates a very thorough (98 steps)checklist that includes every single step thatwe need to take in order to deliver this project100% standardly.

3. The Project Manager never deviates from this checklist making sure thatthe project delivery dates are set, the team and all the admin is preparedand ready and the project is delivered professionally to the full satisfactionof the school as well as the donor.

4. As soon as the project delivery is completed, all tabulations necessary to present thedonor with the Initial Report are done. The Report shows the immediate effect the project has had on teachers.

5. Communication with the school occurs regularly, monitoringand evaluating the results and the continued implementation of the project. An Interim Report is then done providing progress and feedback to the donor. The Closing Reports provided at the end of the project period showing the change achieved against Baseline results.

HIGH IMPACT CompAir SA is a proud sponsor of the Sekgutlong Primary school and a partner of the My Maths Buddy project for the last 5 years.

The project started in 2014 and as the principal of the school Ms. Olga Maja says in 2013 before the project started the school was at a pass rate of 12% and she had to go to the Department of Education and account for being underperforming school.

And here is what she has to say about the project:

“Before the project started in 2013 we were at a pass rate of 12%. And we had to go and account to the Department of Education for underperforming. We then asked for help from “My Maths Buddy”. Since the start of the My Maths Buddy project the results have improved in 2015 to 65%. The learners who passed in 2014 are still doing very well today and I hope with the help of My Maths Buddy we will built a solid foundation for learners who are going to do well in Grade 12.

In 2016 the school acquired 88% for the first term (up from 65% from the previous year) and I am ecstatic to announce that our results for term 2 have escalated to 95%.”

The 2019 results showed 99% pass rate with average marks being 67% which is up from 19% average mark recorded at the beginning of the project.
