Dear Sarah,

Hi, Sarah! How are you? I’m fine and I hope you are, too. I haven’t written for so long.

I’m writing this postcard from England. I’m with my parents in London and we’re having a great time!! We found a little dog in the park next to our hotel. He had a broken leg, he didn’t have a mother and he was so sad and dirty. Now he’s our pet and we’re going to take him back with us. His name is Paris.

I have put a picture of Paris on the postcard. You can see his big ears and his brown eyes. He’s so cute and very clever! I love him and I’m sure you’ll love him, too! Give my love to everybody from me!!!!

See you soon,

Anastasia

Dear Helen,

How are you?

Yesterday, my brother and I looked at the pictures of your pet which you sent us. What a beautiful cat you have!

I am writing from my holiday home because we came here for the weekend. You know I have a pet too. His name is Petros and he is a parrot. We carry him with us. It is a nice green-red-blue bird which my mum gave me us a present for my birthday.

I’ve taken a photo of Petros for you to get to know him better. Look at his color and his face. Isn’t he cute? When you come to visit us in summer, you will have the chance to meet him.

Until then take care of your pet.

Your friend,

Mary

MY FAVOURITE PET Hello Mike, what‘s up? Well I ‘m fine. Do you know my new pet, Nelly the bunny? She’s brown and she has got soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo big ears. I think that she is very cute and funny. She always plays with me after my homework. If she bites her cage then I know that she wants to eat. I remember that one day there was a big fire. All my family ran out of the house but Nelly couldn’t because she was in her cage. I ran past them all and I grabbed her cage;”Now we are all safe” I thought. But we were not. While I was running, I broke my leg and I couldn’t walk. Then a fireman came and took us out. We were all safe. I love Nelly and I wish for her, to live for a long time. Here are some photos of Nelly. Enjoy!

“MY PET’’

Dear Nagia,

My best friend is my cat. It is called Cilia and she is 3 years old. Cilia is furry and cuddly.

She is black and white. She has a pink nose and green eyes. She weighs about 10 kilos and its height is 10c.m. She is very sweet and very funny too!

We do many things together. We play in the garden, we watch TV, we swim together and we also go jogging together. I always look after Cilia. I take her to the vet’s and when she doesn’t feel well, I give her medicine.

When she is hungry, she always eats all her food! She usually eats fish, meat, chicken and cat food. Her favorite food is cat food.

One day as she was walking down the street, she almost got stepped by a car! It was unbelievable! Then she was taken to hospital and the doctor said that she was alright. I love her and I never want her to get hurt again.

Bye for now,

Nefeli

THE PET I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE

Hello George,

How are you? I’m fine. We had fun yesterday, didn’t we? It was brilliant!

Hey, George, what kind of pet would you like to have? I would like to have a parrot because parrots are very clever animals. They can learn words, too. A parrot can say <<Hello! >> or <<Good morning! >> and do a lot of tricks. That’s why they are very funny and clever animals. A parrot lives in a cage.

My parrot will be green, yellow and blue. He‘ll be furry and cuddly. He‘ll have big eyes and big wings, too. He won’t be so big but also not very small. Like other parrots he will have a long tail. I think he is the most suitable pet for me!

See you soon,

Your friend, John

Hi J ohn! How are you? Did you pass the exams? By the way, thank you for sending me those beautiful pictures of your dog. I ’m writing this letter from my home. I am very happy these days because my cat gave birth to three little babies. They are so cute! I decided to call them Mike, Anna and Mathew. I sent you a picture of my three cats. Mike is the brown one. His ears are so funny, aren’t they? Anna is the white one with the blue eyes. She looks like her mother. Isn’t she so beautiful? Finally, in the middle of the picture is Mathew. He always gets angry with me and that’s why I like to tease him. We play together a lot. I can’t wait for your answer! See you soon! I have taken a picture of it. It was very small, wasn’t it? It had green eyes and brown fur.
