I thought, “What can I do? What I want? What should I do? What am I doing? What am I? Who am I?” These thoughts made me feel anxious, humiliated, grief, self-pity. Suddenly a streak of energy, vigor and fortitude fluxed through my nerves. I felt my existence. I felt my strength. I felt myself!!
