MY TOWNTORRE-PACHECO

This is the windmill “El Pasico”. It is between the little church “Virgen del Pasico” and my school. It was used to make flour from wheat. Now it is a monument visited by tourists who come to the town.

This is the little church “Virgen del Pasico”. It is very small but it is very wellknown in all the area and a lot of people go there to pray everyday.

This is the inside of the church. As you can see it is quite small, but very cosy.

Here you have the image of the Virgen “Virgen del Pasico”. It is not a sculpture, but a stone where you can see a print of the Virgen, or at least this is what people say.

This one of the most modern buildings in the town, the library which was built in 2005, and now it is used as a place to study by lots of students from the town and neighbouring towns and villages.

As you can see the Town Hall is also a very modern construction.

This is the CAES. It has a big stage and it holds concerts, theatre plays and any other kind of shows. There is also a room for music and dance lessons and a conference room.

This is another modern construction in the town, it is the Church Tower. It was build in the same place as the old church and the stones with which it was built are from the area.

This mountain is called Cabezo Gordo and it is outside the town. It is a marble mountain and a National Park very nice for trekking.
