• The URL Link for all employees involved in the 360 exercise is the same throughout theentire exercise. Specifically for participants, you can use either the URL Link in theContracting Phase email OR the Assessment Phase email to access the 360 portal

• Please keep the email with the URL Link OR save the URL Link in a word documentetc.

l Participants – refers to all employees that falls under Band 1 to Band 5 questionnaire

l Feedback givers – refers to any employees that has been selected by the participants tocomplete the 360 assessment (i.e. not all participants will be a feedback giver)

l Contracting Phase – participants to select their feedback givers

l Assessment Phase – feedback givers to complete assessment phase for participants

l At any time that you encounter any error on the online portal, please take a screen shotand a description of the error. This will allow us to trace the error and help us to correctthe issue.

• Participant Responsibilities: only for participants (i.e. Band 1 – Band 5)• For participants, you will select your feedback givers using the ‘Participant Responsibilities’ page

• Scroll to the bottom of the page, and you will find the table where you can select your feedback givers and monitor thecompletion status of feedback givers

• To add your feedback givers, select “My Raters”

• Once you click on the “My Raters” link, you should be taken to this pop-up screen and you will be able to manage your feedback givers by using these three buttons: -• Add Rater Remove Rater Edit Rater

• Click on “Add Rater” to start adding your feedback givers.

• You should see this pop-up screen for you to start adding your “feedback givers”.

Steps1. Choose the relationship of the feedback giver to

you (i.e. Superior)2. Start typing their name or email address3. There should be a drop down list that appears

after the first three letters. 4. The list will further narrow down as you continue

to type in their name/email address.5. Click on the name / email address of the

individual you want to select as your feedback giver

Steps1. Choose the relationship of the feedback giver to

you (i.e. Superior)2. Key in their email address3. There should be a drop down list that appears

after the first three letters. 4. The list will further narrow down as you continue

to type in their name/email address.5. Click on the name / email address of the

individual you want to select as your feedback giver

6. Their details should appear automatically under ‘LAST Name’ and ‘FIRST Name’

7. Confirm and ensure that the right person is selected, then click ‘Save’ and continue adding the rest of your feedback givers

8. Once you add the final feedback giver, click ‘Save and Close’

Key Item to Note• If you continue to type, and their email address,

last name and first name do not appear – this indicates that their email is NOT in the employee data

• If you encounter the message ‘Bad Email Address’ – this indicates that their email is NOT in the employee data

• You will not be able to ‘Save’ the rater in this instance

• To remove feedback givers, click on the name of the feedback giver you want to remove• Once selected, click on ‘Remove Rater’

• Once you select your feedback givers, it should be updated in the Participant Responsibilities Page under ‘No. ofFeedback Givers Selected’

• You can choose to do your Self-Assessment by clicking on “Do Assessment”

• You will be able to monitor the submission of assessments by your feedback givers

• Minimum No. of Feedback Givers Achieved : Status will only change to Yes if the number submitted has met the required minimum number of feedback required
