Important Characteristics Their work can go unnoticed as they tend to do it without unnecessary flair They are greatly bothered by the thought of a shaken foundation in country, work, or
home They are not usually excitable but can burst into sarcastic and mean-spirited temper
tantrums when stressed They see love and intimate relationships as serious business They tend to be punctual and greatly value everyone else to not waste time They are dependable guardians of time-honored institutions They are usually careful with money, budgeting and planning well for the future,
sometimes at great sacrifice for the present They are very decisive in practical affairs They believe that function is always more valuable than form They can be especially excited about the occasional and ritualistic celebrations like
weddings, birthdays, and holidays They can be impatient with the goals of the individual in view of the institution They can be seen as cold and seem to have ice in their veins They do not welcome frequent change in the family, home, or work environment They tend to be quiet, serious, and are extremely loyal to their word They tend to distrust and dislike fancy speech, dress, or other extravagance
Opportunities for Growth You are the ninja of getting things done and helping people out. This means people
might not notice your efforts at all or only the first few times. You don't want to make a big fuss of it - it's not your style. But if you want to be recognized for your duty, then you'll have to talk about it. Gentle reminders to your family, friends, and coworkers can go a long way.
Make sure you understand your finances and safety nets. Know that there will always be some level of control that's out of your hands. But you can always work on your safety net plans. Know you'll probably never need them, but the mere exercise of questioning what can happen and how to fix it will help a lot.
Begin to notice when your buttons are pushed and your stress bucket is full. It's these times you need to let your loved ones know you're on edge and are easily provoked. They should get the hint, but don't rely on others to help calm you down. Only you can do that.

colorful experiences in life. Actively seek to go a little romantic every once in a while. Plan a monthly date with your loved ones where you go story-book lovey-dovey.
Know that there are other types that don't see what the big deal is when it comes to time, schedules, and the likes. Let them know you're very interested in keeping time in check and consider automatic waiting cut-offs to show you're serious. If it's serious business, they'll get the point soon enough. If it's just being on time to go to the park, well, lighten up.

Prefer to err on the side of perfectionism when it comes to completing tasks and supporting projects. They do put great importance on trying to get a feel for the emotions of others and even take note of important characteristics and events for those closest to them. Seek harmony and structured systems when it comes to work and home life. Words That Describe Your Type

Important Characteristics They are highly dependable and desire to work where the rules remain constant They are often misunderstood, taken for granted, and undervalued, which can
eventually tear them up inside They are willing to work very long hours, at the cost of health and family They can become disinterested in their relationships when the needy are no longer in
need They don't often question the effectiveness or efficiency of existing procedures They are embarrassed when people don't behave as expected and feel responsible for
other peoples' obedience They are not interested in theory or speculation, but excel at repeated and sequential
procedures They feel that traditions and conserving resources are very important They get annoyed when others don't follow the existing procedures and rules They have a great want to service and help the needs of individuals They tend to enjoy the company of modest, quiet, and reserved friends
Opportunities for Growth Beware of industries and positions that are constantly changing. Outside of government,
it might be difficult to narrow the industry, but you can still focus on positions of stability. It would be prudent to separate what categories of rules you must have stability in (like family, faith, and money) and what others you can tolerate some change in (like chores, entertainment, hobbies). Make mental "change tolerance" buckets and focus on those that matter most.
There will be no rest for the person who seeks validation from the external world. This is a great time to start building up your internal validation systems. Know the work you do is useful and valuable. Use feedback and results as a cue to learning and optimizing. Let those close to you help you objectively see your valuable results in times of heavy stress.
Schedule adventure times with your family. Block out at least 30 minutes per day, outside of meals, to do something and talk together. Also, plan to have a "nothing but family" night at least once a week. You can stop working for 3-5 hours, I promise. Keep it up for 21 days to make it stick.
If a relationship is important to you, be proactive in discovering more. Actually schedule and plan learning sessions with the person, looking for opportunities to grow both of you. Take the person out on a discovery adventure and see how they respond to a new

environment. Create a situation where you will be exposed to something new in them. You'll find you know a little less about them than you thought, with much room to grow.
You can sometimes fall trap to the "do it that way because it's always been done that way" frame of mind. More often than not, this works but can block chances for great advancement. As an example, the rule-set you absorbed from your childhood might not be as useful to you as an adult. Get a friend or outside set of eyes to help you check your assumptions for any potential road-bumps.

INFJ Counselor Population: US = 2.00% RS = 5.58% They make it their duty to find the purpose and connections behind everything they touch and think about. Believe that relationships, goods, and random ideas fit into the big picture somehow. Tend to have a good grasp on what makes people tick and how to bring it out in them. Their values are rock-solid and are firmly planted in their core-being. Will often spend a great deal of time figuring out how to better make a meaningful impact on the world. They are able to see their visions through to the realization phase. Words That Describe Your Type

Important Characteristics They can be crushed by too much criticism, making them less confident, more unhappy,
and even physically ill They can be in extraverted roles but at a great expense of energy They can have convoluted and complex personalities that even puzzle them They believe that conflict is very disagreeable and destructive to their psyche They have a tendency to show some signs of over-perfectionism They enjoy interacting with people, but on a one-on-one basis Their friendship circle tend to be small but deep and time-tested They are generally not visible leaders, preferring to influence from behind the scenes They are motivated by approval and acceptance of their ideas They are usually hard to get to know as they tend to not share their rich inner life They express themselves with a particular person in mind, not a faceless audience They have strong empathic abilities and are often aware of others' feelings before they
even realize it They tend to be very poetic in everything they do They will always find some way to use their intuition
Opportunities for Growth You allow those closest to you to have much influence over your emotions. While
working on your internal control is the only truly effective method, you can get some help by sharing your feelings and expectations with those close people. Let them know what you expect or desire and be open to negotiate as their expectations will surely differ. Find a cozy middle and work to understanding and growth.
If you have your sights setting on helping folks, then you should aim for working with people in a one-on-one format. Group settings, speaking engagements, and training sessions should be spaced out to allow enough time for you to recover. You can definitely do it, but just keep your eyes on your "extraversion bucket."
Consider looking into the classic books and mentors in personal development and self-growth. You will do well to look into how some of the foundational figures in history coped through difficulty and championed adversity. Personality, strengths, and development tests can shed some light on your next step.
Keep a keen eye out for the people in your life, work, and social settings that tend to bring in negativity. Even the subtle complainers can really drag down your mood and overall energy levels. Be quick to creatively change the subject when a controversial or gossipy topic comes up. You are not obliged to entertain the negativity of others.

To help ease the perfectionism, actively work on low risk projects where basic levels of error are tolerated and won't cause any lasting damage. Then start making errors. Learn to experience the process and how to adapt. Start with your hobbies and start failing on purpose, making sure to take notes and learn lessons along the way.

INTJ Mastermind Population: US = 3.00% RS = 3.82% True creative and ingenious minds, seeking to attain their goals through implementing their ideas instead of just collecting them. Actively and easily see patterns and connections in their environment and interests. They are especially good at seeing how things fit into their overall goals and long-term plans. Though they require appropriate and relevant drive, they can be quite powerful when it comes to seeing projects through. They are not conformists and hold others to their highly inquisitive preferences. Words That Describe Your Type

Important Characteristics They can be hypersensitive to rejection by those they care for They can be very single-minded, often ignoring the views of others They grow restless with duplication of efforts, overlapping responsibilities, and
cumbersome processes They have a strong need for privacy and dislike physical contact except by a chosen few They only accept ideas or thoughts if they make sense They are good at seeing the consequences of applying new ideas and systems They are motivated by challenges that require creativity They are natural brainstormers and actively seek out new concepts They are usually very self-confident, independent, and can be very hard to read They can be seen as cold, distant, and demanding, resulting in distant relationships They can sometimes focus too much on implementing ideas to their own detriment They excel at applying technology in complex arenas, especially human engineering They give no weight to authority that is based on rank, position, or title, only if it's useful They look toward completion of projects and long-term consequences They prefer to use their intuition to understand a situation rather than pure logic
Opportunities for Growth You allow those closest to you to have much influence over your emotions. While
working on your internal control is the only truly effective method, you can get some help by sharing your feelings and expectations with those close people. Let them know what you expect or desire and be open to negotiate as their expectations will surely differ. Find a cozy middle and work toward understanding and growth.
Start making more attempts to NOT share what you believe is the right answer for every problem. Allow people to work through their ideas out loud and see if you can help them through the process without showing them the answer. Act as an equal on the learning journey, not as a teacher or mentor. Remember, sometimes people just want an ear, not an answer.
Be the champion of process improvement where it is necessary and possible. Be aware that not all areas of life welcome tuning and some level of tolerance will always be required. Turn this resistance spot into a chance to show people your ability to solve problems.
Be sure to have scheduled alone-time for at least 30 minutes every day. This may just be on the drive to work, but it has to be there. Let your loved ones know you need time to reflect, recharge, and just be. Also, don't be afraid to nicely let the more touchy-feely

people know that you're sensitive about violations of your 3 foot radius of comfort. It's hard to mention, but if you don't nicely say something, you'll just keep getting it.
Start trying to see the reasoning behind other people's decisions. Ask good questions to get insightful answers that point to their internal motivations. You may not be able to see the reasons from your point of view, but insight on someone else's thought processes could be very enlightening.

Important Characteristics They are often fearless, risking their own health and wealth despite previous setbacks They are often incorrectly labeled as having a learning disability or dyslexia; their
language is action They are so hungry for action and adventure that they get bored very easily They can sometimes see authority as unnecessary and even useless They cannot be forced to do any work no matter the external method; they must
choose Their mode of operation is action as an art, not an intellectual game They are masters of tools and do activities that allow them to use tools They are proud of and must do their own thing for every next move They are very loyal to their equals, are usually of good cheer, and generally trusting They can fully seize the moment and make do with whatever is available They can tend to look like loners in their work and only follow their own schedules They communicate through action and care little for verbal skills They do hang around similar folks in recreation though conversation is kept to a
minimum They must use, work, and play with their tools on their own impulse and not on
someone else's schedule Opportunities for Growth
Know your limits. You are a master of tools and your body, but know that no matter what, cliffs have edges. Sure you can learn to jump, but make sure you know how to use that parachute and that you checked to see if it still worked before-hand.
You speak through your actions and tools. There is nothing wrong with this. Some people use words, some people use art, some people use action and tools. Don't bother trying to explain to people since they won't care anyway. Know that you're not disadvantaged, just advantaged in a way that they are not. Same story, different books.
Not only should you make sure your work lets you experience a wide range of activity, you should also make sure your hobbies keep you trying new things, too. Working at a stop sign factory and having a knitting hobby is probably a bad idea. If it can't be varied and random, then you'll have to make it at least seem that way.
Know that authority's main purpose is to maintain the boundaries, not keep you down. Rightly made leadership is only there to give you the tools you need and not to slow you down. They are there because that's how businesses run. Use them to your advantage, that's what they're there for.

If you plan to work for anyone else, work on turning external requests and attempt at motivation into what works to kindle your inner fire. Yeah, we know your boss wants something done by date X, but do it because you know you can beat your previous record of 11 days not because he said so. Your internal motivation is key - make things work for you because you want them to. Make it a matter of honor and principle.

variable actions They are usually spenders instead of savers and should watch out for economic issues They can become disinterested with scholastic pursuits and tend to drop out of formal
education plans They can continue on through their activities regardless of pain, fatigue, or danger They do not plan or prepare, always seeking to live life in the here and now Their character is mainly visible through their chosen medium, actions, or output Their kindness is great and unconditional, often highly sensitive to the pain and suffering

It's time for some basic budgeting. Look at your most frequently used credit card. Your online statements will allow you to sort transaction by type. See where most of your money goes. Become aware of which buckets are probably getting a little too much attention. And yes, it's time to start saving at least 1% of each paycheck per paycheck. Open a new account and just do it.
If your future plans include a path that requires some level of education, do what it takes to get others to hold you accountable. Whether this is a close friend, study-buddy, or 3rd party learning assistance service is up to you. Know that you might need an extra push here or there as your internal motivation for formal education is usually low.

Make an attempt to list down your biggest fears, issues, needs, and wants - go for at least 7 for each one. Come up with a rough-draft idea on how you could fix, deal with, or achieve each one. Doing mental practice before they occur will help you when it's crunch time. A pair of eyes outside your inner world will help greatly in this life-planning step.

Important Characteristics They can go over the deep end when subjected to unmoderated success, wealth,
beauty, health, and knowledge They effortlessly use metaphors and similes, but they can sometimes be strained They may go to great length to avoid conflict They sometimes assume a greater familiarity with a subject, before actual mastery They sometimes take deliberate leeway with logic to further their goals Their causes must be understood to fully understand them as people They can seem reticent and shy, but are anything but distant inside They constantly seek unity in mind and body as well as emotions and intellect They have a great sense of honor based on core internal values They have trouble expressing affection directly but are good at expressing it indirectly They make it a point to internally atone after falling to impure temptations They often hear a calling to go into the world to help others They prefer the valuing process over application of pure logic They work well with complicated situations but get bored easily with routine details They're compliant with the routine details of family life but dig in when a value is
touched Opportunities for Growth
Work on your checks, balances, and rules for moderation before seeking the next level of success or growth. When the next level is on your back, you tend to approach the new experience with the same level of rules. You'll need to update your guidelines and limits before the wave. Consider an accountability partner and mastermind team. They'll help see the signs you might miss.
Your use of stories to help other people understand your communications and complex topics is a very useful skill. Keep honing this skill by readying communication, metaphor, and fable books. Be proactive and work on a base set of story nuggets every once in a while so you have something to work with the next time you need it. Don't force it if it won't work.
Make a list of the 5 biggest issues or fears in your daily life. See where these issues come into play in your life and plan to notice your reactions. When you start to notice the avoidance pattern happening, you have your big chance to do something different. Spend your energies finding new ways to overcome conflict instead of running from it.
You can get very excited with new subjects and hobbies. Even though this can mean huge amounts of time spent on reading, doing, and researching, that doesn't mean you are an expert. Granted, you're probably more knowledgeable than a majority share, but

keep your personal warranty in check. Make sure the basics are covered and do regular ecology checks. Check to see if you're causing no harm to self, others, or environments.
It's never worth it to circumvent reasoning or trust to further your goals. Your skill and associated confidence can sometimes lead to misuse. Keep a keen look-out for when you have an urge to skirt the basics or a lesser-known key point. Don't compromise your reputation and earned trust for a temporary gain. Teach don't reach.

Opportunities for Growth Keep good records of your ideas and thoughts as they will be a great reference for later.

Important Characteristics They can channel their energies toward the negative if they don't have a constructive
focus They can sell an idea with the greatest of ease, but won't bother with the administrative
details They can sometimes put their family second in competition with their want to be with
friends They are very intolerant of anxiety and will avoid or leave these situations They live so much in the immediate moment that they are seen as unpredictable They often times believe that the ends justify the means, sometimes coming close to
disaster Their relationships usually depend on what they expect to get out of the relationship They are great characters of action and resourcefulness They are very good at manipulating their external environment to their liking They more often than not seek excitement through risk taking adventures They prefer to get on to the next step instead of explaining themselves
Opportunities for Growth Be very aware of your limits, ethics, and moral guidelines. Take a good afternoon or two
off to write down and really go over your core values. Make everything you do filter through your core values. When you focus your efforts and align your path with your greater cause and being, it's easier to see which way to go. Idle hands and unknown paths can lead you down the wrong road.
Keep good records of your ideas and thoughts as they will be a great reference for later. Then see if you can find someone else to implement them or keep them going. Interested family members, dedicated coworkers, or maybe even virtual assistants may be the answer. Talk with them and figure something out. You'll need help to keep the ideas running.
Schedule adventure times with your family. Block out at least 30 minutes per day, outside of meals, to do something and talk together. Also, plan to have a "nothing but family" night at least once a week. You can stop working for 3-5 hours, I promise. Keep it up for 21 days to make it stick.

Opportunities for Growth You know the situations that get you into trouble and though you may not have it
written down, you know your limits. Consider making a limits cheat-sheet at the very least as good mental practice. Spend a little of extra prep-time checking on new ideas, plans, or projects with your friends and close ones. Keep trusted friends by your side when you're in a situation that tests your limits.
If your future plans include a path that requires some level of education, do what it takes to get others to hold you accountable. Whether this is a close friend, study-buddy, or 3rd party learning assistance service is up to you. Know that you might need an extra push here or there as your internal motivation for formal education is usually low.
Do enough fact finding to ensure your chosen job, hobby, or field of interest puts you in close contact with people on a regular basis. Working in a basement laboratory would be a prison sentence. Face-to-face is best, but don't let a good constant phone call contact interest go by the way-side, if available.
Have regular sanity check meetings with a very close friend or mentor. Setup some rules and have a strict no judging frame of mind for both parties. This is your chance to let some of your emotions come out in a safe environment. Getting a caring, non-judgmental, and external view-point can shed some light on your growth.

Keep good records of your ideas and thoughts as they will be a great reference for later. Then see if you can find someone else to implement them or keep them going. Interested family members, dedicated coworkers, or maybe even virtual assistants may be the answer. Talk with them and figure something out.
Talk with your boss, your spouse, and your friends about your creative nature. Let them know that you will need your space to explore and create. Make it clear that you mean no harm, it's just that you'll need some room to expand in order to help them out better.
Get really good at throwing the dice when it comes to adventures and experiencing life with other people. Throw in a random variable when it comes to the usual destination or event. Dress weird, go at night instead, try that new place, act like someone else, or whatever. You'll only get as bored with life as you'll allow yourself to be.
Be careful in making snap value judgments. Take in data from other sources, seek feedback from those who know you well, and even consider input from outside sources.

Opportunities for Growth Make sure you understand your finances and safety nets. Know that there will always be

There is a good chance that those close to you expect a certain level of respect, understanding, and charity from someone they hold so dearly. This debating or complicated type of communication can be seen as devious, manipulative, and hurtful. Opportunities for Growth Maintain your steady and future-oriented budgeting plans, but consider a "fun
account." This is not a new idea and the big names in personal finance will tell you, it's necessary. As little as $25 a month or maybe even 10% per paycheck should be set aside to spend on fun stuff only.
