Throughout these periods you can access MyLO, our online eLearning system, where you will be able to find and complete lots of eLearning modules. MyLO is web-based, so it’s like a webpage and it sits outside of the Stirling Council network. You can access it through the web-browser on your mobile phone, tablet or laptop/computer. Use the link below to go to the login web-page: https://stirling.learningpool.com/login/index.php Login to MyLO To login, enter your Employee Number, then enter your password and select “Log in”. If you are having trouble logging in try using “Forgotten your employee number or password?”. If this doesn’t resolve your issue or you don’t have an account then contact the OD Team at [email protected] . Give them your full name and employee number and a short message about the problem you are having. The team will be able to confirm your login details. Please keep in mind that during emergency periods there may be a lot of people contacting the OD Team for support, so please be patient. They will get back to you as quickly as possible. Starting the ELearning Module When you have clicked on the ELearning module you will see a screen that looks something like this. All you need to do is select “Enrol meAt the next screen, all you do is select the blue link. This will launch the ELearning module in a new window. Find other ELearning Modules Select Find CoursesSelect the three lines, then select “Find CoursesThis will take you to the ELearning Catalogue. You can scroll through the course names, or use the Search box to look for ELearning modules with specific words: Once you’ve found an ELearning module you wish to complete just click the course name which is in blue writing and this will open the module. When Completed Progress is also shown on the ELearning Module Home Page. The bar must go all the away along on each section to show as complete. ELearning modules must be fully completed before they show as complete on your record. All sections must be read to the bottom, all images clicked, boxes turned and questions answered. There is usually a progress bar at the top of each section within the ELearning module: ELearning Modules you’ve completed Select the person icon. Then select “Profile”. Login to MyLO

MyLO has mandatory ELearning modules that must be completed by all staff. Anyone that is a line manager has additional ELearning modules to complete as well. MyLO has lots of other ELearning modules too and you can look through these to find others of interest.

This link will take you to pages that looks like this. You can click onto whatever ELearning module you wish to complete.

Starting the ELearning Module

When you have clicked on the ELearning module you will see a screen that looks something like this. All you need to do is select “Enrol me”

At the next screen, all you do is select the blue link. This will launch the ELearning module in a new window.

Find other ELearning Modules

Select “Find Courses”

Select the three lines, then select “Find Courses”

This will take you to the ELearning Catalogue. You can scroll through the course names, or use the Search box to look for ELearning modules with specific words:

Once you’ve found an ELearning module you wish to complete just click the course name which is in

blue writing and this will open the module.

When Completed

Progress is also shown on the ELearning Module Home Page. The bar must go all the away along on each section to show as complete.
