The Confirmations widget alerts the meter operator/agent of any pending confirmations (nominations "To Confirm") for the current gas day. Generally Enable Midstream will configure all new meters in myQuorum CAW for you. View Measurement Statement - View Measurement Statement launches the Daily Confirmations Report. You can download the report to quickly view the daily measurement for all meters.

Shipper Widgets

The Nominations widget displays alerts related to the Shipper’s nomination activity for open gas days. It allows the Shipper to take action on nomination cuts and errors, as well as add new meters that may require a nomination.

0101The Cuts alert displays the total number of con�rmation reductions for the open gas day.

After selecting the Cuts alert, we see additional details for all of the cuts for the open gas day.

From here, you can select the Action icon to view a nomination transaction and make any adjustments.

0202The Errors alert displays the total number of nominations that failed any validation rules, such as leaving a required �eld blank, or submitting a nomination after a deadline has passed. These errors are for the open gas day, and must be resolved for the nomination to be successfully submitted.

After selecting the Errors alert, a detailed list of the failed nomina-tions displays.

Select the Error icon for a description of the error.

Select the Action icon to view the nomination transaction and resolve the error.

0303The New Meter alert displays the total number of newly added meters that are available for scheduling activity for the current month.

After selecting the New Meters alert, a list of new meters, along with their associated contracts displays.

Select the Action icon to open the nomination transaction screen and add the meter.

Shipper Widgets

The Imbalances widget provides Imbalance alerts.

The Out of Tolerance alert displays the number of imbalances that exceed the de�ned tolerance for the current production month.

Selecting the Out of Tolerance alert opens the Imbalances Out of Tolerance screen

The Tolerance percentage is based on the system con�guration. The Tolerance Quantity is the Tolerance Percentage multiplied by the Tolerance Basis. Imbalances identi�ed as out of tolerance have exceeded this quantity.

Cumulative displays the summarized cumulative imbalance for all contracts under the service requester, and Previous Day displays the previous day imbalance for all contracts under the service requester. Together these values display the overall position and trend for the customer account.

The widget also has a link to view the Customer Account Balance screen.

The Last Run Imbalance alert displays the last time the imbalance was run. The imbalance is run overnight (Sunday - Thursday) to be ready for review in the morning.

Desktop CustomizationWhen you �rst log into myQuorum, you are provided with a default persona containing pre-selected widgets. The two default personas are Shipper and Operator. You will have one or both of those personas available to you in myQuorum depending on your role. You can also create a custom persona that allows you to customize a workspace with the widgets of your choosing.

0101To begin, select the Over�ow Menu and choose Enter Edit Mode. 0202

Select the over�ow menu again. To begin with a blank persona you would select Add Persona. In most cases you will want to copy an existing persona to allow the movement or addition of widgets. To copy, select Copy to My Persona.

0404Select the new persona from the User Pro�le dropdown. All custom-created persona will have “my” in front of the persona name. In this case the new persona is called myOperator/Shipper.

Select Enter Edit Mode from the Over�ow menu again. To move a widget on your workspace, click and drag it to the new location.

To delete a widget from your workspace, click on the trash can icon.

0606To add a new widget to your custom workspace, choose the Over�ow Menu, then select Add Widget. Use the checkboxes to select the

widgets you would like to add. You could choose to add all the widgets available on both the operator and shipper personas giving you a comprehensive dashboard for both roles.

Select OK to apply your selections. Choose Exit Edit Mode from the Over�ow Menu to save your persona changes

In the window that opens, enter the new persona name. The persona name should be meaningful to you. For example, if you are both an Operator and Shipper, you may want to name the persona Operator/Shipper.
