1 cup boiling water

1 cup sparkling water

Ice

fresh fruit

In a teacup place 1 teaspoon Mystic Harmony Wellness Tea in an infuser or filter bag. Add hot water and steep for 3-5 minutes or until desired strength; let cool. Once cooled pour tea into a tall glass, add sparkling water, ice and fresh fruit.
