1983 – NEC Calibration in Japan was separated to new company named NEC Factory

Engineering (Japan) Ltd. (NEFE) and changed to NEC Management Partner Japan Ltd.

1972 – NEC established internal calibration laboratory in NEC Japan.

1982 − NEC performed the first oversea calibration at NEC Malaysia.

1999 − NEC established Thai Branch at NEC Communication Systems (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (NCOT)

for supporting calibration in ASEAN country.

2006 – NECT Thai Center was changed name from NCOT to NEC Corporation (Thailand) Ltd.
