Input your username and password in order to log-in. (see image 2) a. Your username is your email on your account 3. After logging in go to your account page by hovering over where it says Welcome (Your Name) on the top right and clicking account. (see image 3) 4. On your account page, click the link on the top right that says Continuing Education. This will take you to the Continuing Education Portal (CE Portal) where all of NAEA’s Education lives. (see image 4) 5. Sign into the CE Portal (see image 5) a. Once you hit the sign-in button it will automatically sign you in b. Your name will appear with “sign-out” next to it 6. Scroll down until you see course you are looking to take and select it. (see image 6) a. You can select from the category buttons or search using the search bar 7. Scroll down, past the description, and hit the blue purchase button (see image 7) 8. Add to order from the NAEA Store (see image 8) a. The default, nonmember, price will always show up first b. Once you add it to your cart the member price will show up 9. A pop up will appear with your cart. (see image 9) a. Hit the checkout button b. If you miss it or are adding multiple items you can access from the cart icon in the upper right with a number next to it. 10. Fill in your credit card information and hit process payment (see image 10)

How to Purchase an Online Learning Item

1. Log-in to your account at www.naea.org. (See image 1) a. If you have trouble logging in, please contact [email protected].

2. Input your username and password in order to log-in. (see image 2) a. Your username is your email on your account

3. After logging in go to your account page by hovering over where it says Welcome (Your Name) on the top right and clicking account. (see image 3)

How to Access your Purchased Content

1. Now that you have purchased go through steps 1 – 5. 2. Hit your name in the top right corner (see image 11)

a. This takes you to a page that shows your purchased content 3. Select the item you would like to access (see image 12)

a. If it is a live event you will see the webinar highlighted and a survey and certificate greyed out. (see image 13)

b. If it is an on-demand event you will see the presentation highlighted and the assessment, survey, and certificate item greyed out. (see image 14)

c. The greyed out ites must be completed in order for the certificate to be reported.

How To Check Your Certificates

1. Once logged in – see instructions above 2. Hit your name in the top right corner (see image 11)

a. This takes you to your account page 3. Select certificates (see image 15)
