THE CHALLENGE
Namely needed a compliance training solution
that could accommodate the company’s rapid
growth and its diverse employee base. It
considered on-site/in-person training with its
internal legal counsel, but with its anticipated
growth and ever expanding training needs, this
approach was impractical. Online compliance
training presented a viable vehicle for training,
but Namely needed something more engaging
