NAPEC was formally inaugurated by Mr Amokrane Mohamed Badreddine representing His Excellency Prime Minister, Mr, Abdelghani Zaalane The Wali (Governor) of Oran, Vice President Downstream SONATRACH, making the start of 4 days of North Africa’s largest oil & gas exhibit ion & conference in Africa.
