for turf. o Imperative for clubs to attend all meetings so members are kept up to date. o Expecting to play on turf by next year so may be some upheaval in the process in

regards to fields being played on, etc. o Clubs need to pass information on to their members. o Will need a working bee prior to season to finish some things off.

on account:- total grant for clubrooms spent along with equal amount of NDHA funds. Facilities account is to go towards further upgrades, including toilet/changerooms, etc.

o Carolyn queried costs of unfinished jobs in clubrooms/toilets/etc. NDHA needed to close off the expenses to close the grant, any further expenses incurred will need to come out of facilities fund or from a fundraising event, this will be determined as required.

• Juniors – U15 teams in LSEHA – some feedback received from parents regarding interest in participating – 5 boys, 6 girls. Member feedback to clubs was looking for other options. Pete wondered if changing our age groups would accommodate more kids. Concerns about wide range of ages in age groups. Keiren suggested use of permits to cater for kids to play in grades appropriate to their age/skills/size/etc. How do we cater for new junior players that don’t fit into U13 age group? Need to still cater for the top age U13 kids (11,12,13) who are the largest group coming through. Leave juniors as U13 competition and use permits, e.g. U14 to play U13, older boys to play women’s as long as not playing men’s, etc.

• Jayne suggested getting Lachie Busiko to come and visit schools. Suggested after school hours for clinics rather than trying to work with kids who are completely uninterested. Olly brought up after school government funded sports. School sports program pays coaches to provide a sport. Reds to do NSPS, Greens NPS, Darts Sunrise, WW Edenhope/Apsley, K/L Lucindale schools. Jayne to follow up.

• Jenny offered services to deliver flyers again.

• Reds happy to take any extra interested players.

• Brett queried why cub hire cost is more when bar is open as presumably we make more if bar is open – RSA accredited volunteer required to man the bar when open.

• Pete queried if there was a minimum number of RSA accredited members per club required – No but more is better to be able to share the load as if there is no-one available to man bar it will not be open.

• Brett asked what the licence limit is – states that it is 100 for Area A and member numbers will be over that on game day. Need to follow this up to clarify but our understanding is that the 100 limit is for clubrooms only as this is the Area A on the map with outside area not limited to that number.
