ENHANCED CROP PROTECTIONThe 90° vent provides an installed opening parallel to the bin roof ensuring a minimal chance of wind driven rain or snow entering the bin. While not as widely used, the 90° bin vents have proven to be popular for those who desire extra peace of mind.

The sturdy design features G90 galvanized steel, a requirement for bin vents that ensures corrosion doesn’t become your problem. Weather tight snap locked joints, a front stiffener, and an optional heavy duty roof panel support ensure your vent will last as long as the bin.

The vent features heavy duty, 14 gauge, 5/8” x 5” mesh for the pest guard which also pivots. This simplifies installation, and provides another safeguard should excessive debris become a problem, an issue that may affect fixed pest guards with smaller mesh sizes.

Available in 12”, 15” and 18” square sizes.

THE ULTIMATE BIN VENT SOLUTIONThe tapered base and narrow profile allow this vent to be installed at or near the bin peak.This helps reduce grain spoilage by minimizing trapped heat and condensation, and is far less expensive than installing a ventilated cap for thousands of dollars.

Narrow profile vents are gaining popularity as a whole-bin solution and are installed bottom and mid-roof as well. Standardizing can save time and money over other vents. Narrow profile vents also provide the same benefits as the 90° vent in a more compact package.

These narrow profile vents feature premium G90 galvanized steel. The floating screen inside the top of the vent helps keep pests out, and easily allows debris to pass through.

Available in 1 sq. ft, and 1.1 sq. ft sizes. We can also quickly design and deliver a custom narrow profile vent to suit your needs.

STANDARD CROP PROTECTIONThe 70° vent is the workhorse of the industry found on many bins and silos. These vents feature G90 galvanized steel for maximum corrosion resistance. The sturdy design boasts weather tight snap-locked joints and a front stiffener, ensuring your vents will stand up to years of service. An available roof panel support helps ensure a water-tight seal.

An easily removable, pivoting pest guard allows for just one person to install the vent from the outside of the bin in most applications. If necessary the top can be removed as well. The heavy duty, 14 gauge guard with 5/8” x 5” mesh helps keep pests out and helps you avoid costly maintenance headaches.

The pivoting pest guard also provides an additional safeguard should excessive debris buildup or freezing cause full or partial vent blockage. Vents using 1/2” x 1/2” fixed screens may be more susceptible to these issues.
