WRITING: YEAR 12 (letter)
Dear Mrs Sandra Swan
I am writing to complain about some books that I bought from an online shop.
I recently bought some books from an online shop but unfortuneitly some issues occurred. First thing that I did not like was that I got 1 wrong item. Secondly I did not like the quality of items and thirdly, I was not satisfied with the shipping.
I require you to take action about those issues.
I am hoping to hear from you soon.
Sencerely yours
Mart Mets

WRITING: YEAR 12 (letter)
• I am writing to complain about issues, which I recently bought from your online shop.
• Firstly, books, what were bought in your shop are with very bad shipping. Second reason is high item quality of your books. Last but not least, what I want to write is that item in your books is wrong.
• Furthermore, books quality are not good. When I opened one of them the bookcase just came down.
• Moreover, I ordered a book named „Mary, Queen of Scotland“, but I received „Mary Tutor“.
• One of the books was wrong. It was called Barry Totter, not Parry Totter like I purchased.
• I got „Three Piggies“ instead of „Late Night Maths“.

WRITING: YEAR 12 (report)
• Posting mobile phone numbers in social media. I think it is stupid to. If your friend want your number then some sites have a place to chat, give your number ther to your friend.
• Mobile phone number persent is also hight. In 2006 use it 60 persent.
• Almost ¾ of people had illuminated their home address. For security reasons, it would be better not to illuminate ones home address.

Introduction
Every year has been some changes in social media. But people/students need to think about consecuenses.
Conclusion
In conclusion I would like to say that in nowadays students almost do not scared to post their photos in social media. But I can not say it about their personal information. Also I think now students have more opportunities to take photos then before.
