Your TourA large majority of the tours you will find in this book contain LAND ONLY prices from the city which they commence. We have done this because depending on your location the price can vary considerably for flights, trains, ferries or various other modes of transport. A number of our groups are based on a minimum numbers of passengers travelling. If the tour does not specify flights or transport we will be able to cost this in for you depending on your location. To get an accurate and complete price we will need you to complete the group request form which includes your location and the destination you wish to travel. All of our prices are to be used as a guide and may change at anytime depending on the season of travel, the global economy, tax increases and various other influences. Once your group commits to and pays a deposit we will be able to offer greater security with the price of your chosen itinerary.

Your OrganiserDesignate a holiday planner for your group who has the final say on all decisions. This person will also be the person to liaise with our travel office. When your group decides on their destination complete the Group Travel Request form opposite. Return the form as instructed and we will assign you with a consultant who will look after the whole booking process. Make a list of concerns and questions which the organiser can convey to the group’s assigned consultant.

Your ProcessOnce we have quoted you for the cost of your group tour we will send you a booking form for each passenger. The organiser will be responsible for distributing these forms, and returning to your consultant for accurate processing. These forms will contain all passengers’ personal information; names are per identification, dietary requests, impairments and allergies. Please treat these forms with complete confidentiality. Your consultant will outline the payment procedure to confirm your arrangements. We will provide the organiser with checklists throughout the course of your booking stage.

Your SupportWe are always available to make a presentation on any program you are interested in. We have several presentations which may interest your travelling group including our informative Travel Tips & Traps and Journeys to Remember. We are also happy to hold a gathering prior to your departure to ensure you understand your documentation. Lastly, please ensure you have covered your group with travel insurance. We have very competitive rates and the organiser can ask for this to be built into your holiday package.
