Swachh bharat summer internship orientation a joint

initiative of ministry of drinking water and sanitation,

ministry of human resource development and

mygov.in.

the aim of this internship is enage the whole youth in

swachh bharat people movement.

beore moving forward what comes to ypure mind you

think about swachh bharat is toilet , hand wasing ,

hygiene , cleaniiness , waste management ?

but you know what is the primary goal of swachh

bharat mission, it is elimlnating open defecatin . there

are still miliions of people who continue to defecate in

the open.

On 2nd October 2014, the prime minister of india , shri

narendra modi, launched the swachh bharat mission

with the aim to eliminate open defecation in india by

2019. The prime minister gave a clarion call to the

citizens of india to make this a true people’s

movement. In the spirit of this jan andolan, millions of

people across india united o respond to this call and

realize.


THIS INTERNSHIP IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR

YOU TO THIS PEOPLE MOVEMENT.

There is there-pronged approach adopted by swachh

bharat mission

1) Access to safe toilet for all

2) Usage of toilets by all through behavior change efforts

3) Proper waste management across villages

There are many ways to communication to people, as

follow.

1) awareness campaign

Brief description:

In awareness campaign first, we inaugurated this

swachh bharat summer internship program and in this

session, we introduce to our program.

Then every day we went to every school and

aware about this swachchhata to student and people of

village also.

2) Nukkad / Natak

Brief description:

We accumulated village and aware to people

about swachh bharat. In nukkad / natak we mostly

perform against student every day in school.

3) Door to Door Visit

- No of house hold 75

Brief description:

In door to door visit we went to every house and

explain about program and also how to clean hour

Street, village every day. And finally, according to this

process every Street, village and finally our whole

country is clean.

4) Rally

Brief description:

In rally we all nss volunteer gether to primary

school and some slogans and hoardings of swachh bharat

abhiyan hold in student hand which study in primary

school and visit the whole village every day.

5) Movie Screening

Brief description:

In movie screening we arrange some inspirational

movie about swachh bharat.

6) Bio Gas Plant

-No and scale of biogas plants plan

- No of panchayat involve 2

-No of hours 7

Brief description:

In biogas plant we covered two gram-panchayat

and we explain about bio-gas plan and also its

expenditure, advantage and uses.

7) street cleaning

- Length of street 2km

- No of community participated 50

- No of hour 20


Brief description:

In street cleaning we mostly covered every

street of village and also arrange plastic free campaign

and also spread DDT powder.
