Contact the uniformed GO Prime Time Shuttle Guest Service Representative for your departure. Arrival Procedures: San Diego International Airport (SAN) Proceed to the Ground Transportation Center located across from the baggage claim area, by crossing the roadway or the sky bridge. Locate the Airport Customer Service Representative at the Shuttle Podium on the Shuttle Island. Inform the representative that you have a reservation with GO Prime Time shuttle and he will inform the driver that you have arrived. Arrival Procedures: Long Beach Airport (LGB) After collecting your baggage from Baggage Claim, call 1-800-733-8267 (toll-free) from any public phone, and press Option 3 when you hear the greeting. A Go Prime Time agent will then direct you to your van. Departure Procedures: Please call us at 800-733-8267 to arrange your pick up time and location at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled departure. Luggage Policy: Luggage allowances are 2 standard-size suitcases and 2 carry-ons per person. No single piece of baggage or property weighing in excess of sixty (60) pounds will be accepted for transportation unless there is additional help available to aid the driver in both the loading and unloading of such baggage. If passengers have an excessive amount of checked luggage or multiple large boxes a private van will be required. Passenger will be required to pay the difference in cash between the cost of a private van and net rate of client issuing voucher. Go Prime Time Shuttle will not be liable for lost baggage since baggage is never removed from the passenger’s presence and is

No single piece of baggage or property weighing in excess of sixty (60) pounds will be accepted for transportation unless there is additional help available to aid the driver in both the loading and unloading of such baggage. If passengers have an excessive amount of checked luggage or multiple large boxes a private van will be required. Passenger will be required to pay the difference in cash between the cost of a private van and net rate of client issuing voucher. Go Prime Time Airport Shuttle will not be liable for lost baggage since baggage is never removed from the passenger’s presence and is stored in the passenger compartment in which the passenger is riding. No single piece of baggage or property weighing in excess of sixty (60) pounds will be accepted for transportation unless there is additional help available to aid the driver in both the loading and unloading of such baggage. If passengers have an excessive amount of checked luggage or multiple large boxes a private van will be required. Passenger will be required to pay the difference in cash between the cost of a private van and net rate of client issuing voucher. Go Pacific Western Transportation will not be liable for lost baggage since baggage is never removed from the passenger’s presence and is stored in the passenger

compartment in which the passenger is riding. A passenger’s baggage remains, at all times, the responsibility of the passenger.
