Developing The Leaders Of Tomorrow
Whilst all GCC countries are implementing reforms to make employment of National citizens a priority, a shortfall of qualified professionals in different sectors is still hampering recruitment and hiring Nationals just to achieve the numbers is not a viable solution.
At Kaplan, we want to make a difference by playing our role in meeting the rising learning and development needs of the National workforce. Our objective is to help integrate young Nationals into both the private and public workforce for the prosperity of both sectors and the well-being of the GCC nations.
To prepare this next generation of future leaders we have developed two highly specialised training and development learning journeys that are both individually nourishing and organisationally relevant. They will each enable promising Nationals to make a valuable contribution to the nation’s knowledge economy whilst also achieving personal fulfillment and growth.
Our Unique Proposition
Today’s National youth have much to offer: ambition, a desire to progress and lead, technology skills, agility, and an expectation of how organisations should be managed. However, these attributes alone are not enough to excel in a highly competitive job environment.

Our Judhur (جذور) Programme bridges the gap between education and the workplace and is aimed at developing new hires and young National graduates to move forward on their career development path with a positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to the culture of your business. Our approach is to integrate the on-boarding process with organisationally relevant professional development that both bonds your new hire to the workplace and builds the skills, knowledge, and attributes that your organisation values.
We take a consultative approach in creating a customised learning journey based on assessment of the participants’ behavioural outlook, English language competency and business skills. The modules selected for your new hires may also include an Action Learning Project (ALP) and mentoring opportunities to maximise the return on your investment.
