General ordering information

• To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business and by agreeing to our terms and conditions you certify that you are such.

Minimum order/Maximum quantity

• OPENING ORDER MINIMUM: $150, REORDER MINIMUM: $100, MIN PER ITEM: 3• Each item style has a minimum order quantity of 3 units• Due to limited stock we ask that you allow an extended turn around time when ordering 100+ of the same item.

Please message us at [email protected] when placing orders over $1000 in order to assess an accurate turn around time.

Prices / Payment

• We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time unless prior invoiced.• Goods must not be marked-down without written consent of Native Bear.• We accept payments via Credit Card, check, and bank transfer.• Native Bear orders must be pre-paid. We will allow Net 30 only at the retailer's request and after a relationship

has been established pending 3 initial orders. You will be emailed the invoice and goods will be shipped once payment has been received. Please note that we only hold limited stock so all orders will be held for a maximum of 5 days being reallocated to another stockist. No orders will be processed until full payment is received.

Shipping Costs / Damage Claims

• The retailer incurs the shipping costs.• Delivery is typically within 10 to 14 business days of production, unless otherwise discussed.• If your shipment is damaged in transit you agree to contact Native Bear within 72 hours of delivery.• Any problems must be reported in writing or by email and retailer cannot return goods until he has received a

written authorization. Goods sent back without one will not be credited against your account.
