This is why we are doing as much as we can to reduce the carbon “hoof” print of our business. By switching from plastic tubs to Kraft bags in 2018 we have reduced our annual plastic’s use by 6 tonnes.

How did we do it?• Our dry herb mixes are packed in eco – friendly paper

Kraft Bags with a PP liner to keep your animals supplement in the very best condition, whilst helping to care for the environment. The Kraft bags can be recyled using your usual curbside recycling service.

• Plastic Bottles – Sadly we do still need to use plastic bottles for our liquid products. The good news is that all these bottles are 100% recyclable and can also be recycled using your curbside recycling service.

• Cardboard Boxes – the tough, double walled cardboard boxes we use to ship your orders are 100 % biodegradeable and recycleable. We encourage you to re-use our boxes as often as possible. All the cardboard boxes we receive from our suppliers are shredded and re-used as packaging.

Welcome to Hilton Herbs – Our Story Whether you are new to us (hello & welcome), or have been part of the Hilton Herbs family for some time, we thought you might be interested in knowing a bit more about us! How we started – Back in 1989 Tony and I became concerned over his young horse “Ryan’s” mobility. I had been training as a Medical Herbalist and decided to have a go at putting together an herbal supplement for him, aimed at making him more comfortable, whilst helping to support his joints, muscles and overall mobility.

The resulting herbal mix (Multi-Flex) was a great success, so much so that when local “ horsey” friends saw how well Ryan was doing, they asked if I could formulate mixes for their own horse’s needs? The pure herbal mixes I went on to develop, remain to this day, at the heart of the complementary healthcare range we have developed over the last 30 years.
