TITLE: The Relationship between the Nurses Caring Factors and the Coping
Mechanisms of Patients with Tuberculosis at the Lung Center of the Philippines
CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE
This study sought to show the Relationship between the Nursess Caring Factors and
the Coping Mechanisms of Patients with Tuberculosis at the Lung Center of The
Philippines. It is also significant because the results of this study will serve as an
indicator of the quality of care rendered by nurses in practice and will contribute to the
evidence-based nursing in the provision of quality holistic care to patients with
tuberculosis. In terms of nursing education, this study can help the clinical instructors or
nursing educators in teaching nursing care management in the concept related to this
study.
RESEARCHABILITY
The study entitled, The Relationship between the Nurses Caring Factors and the
Coping Mechanisms of Patients with Tuberculosis at the Lung Center of The
Philippines is a topic that has different resources or references that can be foundeasily. There are a lot of books, journals or articles that may support the study and may
help to accomplish the said study.
FEASIBILITY
Our study is about the relationship of nurses caring factors and coping
mechanism of patients with tuberculosis. It is very much feasible for this only involves
the nursing students and patients with the said disease. In nursing students part, they
only need their abilities in interviewing the possible patients. Patience and rapport with
these patients are also needed in order to pursue this study. On patients behalf, their
willingness to cooperate will help the progress of the study with or without the
knowledge of incentive from the researchers of the study.

GENUINE INTEREST
We want to conduct this study to know the caring extent of nurses to patients
with Tuberculosis and the coping mechanisms of the patients family. We would also
like to know the coping abilities of the patients that need to be assessed and assisted by
nurses in order to gain optimum health.
In conducting the study, the researchers may recommend on how the nurses and
the family can improve their caring and coping techniques to the patients. Also, we may
give advices to patients on how they can adjust to the environment with their condition
by conducting this research.
