ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

“Contract Changes, Disputes, and Terminations- Mastering the Fundamentals” is a one-day National Education Seminar (NES) designed to provide the information you need to handle any and all ambiguities, differences of opinion, or potential and real conflicts between the parties. These can arise by verbal discussion, letter, the proposal, the basic contract, or any of its subsequent modifications. They can also involve everything from the interpretation of the statement of work to the minutes of a meeting. Changes can also come from various sources- some with the authority to make them and sometimes not. They can also impact the success of your contract as well as the relationship between the parties.

SPEAKER: Michelle Currier CPCM, CFCM, Fellow
