When he was allowed to go home he was asked to stop
tellingpeople about Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo. He would no t do that,
and moved to the mountain area of Minobu. 10

By the year 1279, Nichiren's disciples were showing great
courage protecting Buddhism.
Nichiren knew the time was right to share the Gohonzonwith the
world. On October 12, 1279 he inscribed aGohonzon for the happiness
of all people everywhere.
