� Warri Town is in Delta South Senatorial District.� It has a unique history that has not been documented well
enough by historians. The name Warri province was once applicable to the part of an area now called Delta State under the Colony and Protectorate of Southern Nigeria.
� Its boundary in the north east was Nsukwa/Isheagu creek near Kwale and Aboh,Forcados River in the south east and Jamieson Creek in the south west and later changed to Delta Province. � Warri is the commercial headquarters of Delta State� It is an industrial hub, due to the strategic location of
the city’s sea within the flank of the “ungovernable territory”, being the Gulf of Guinea, a potential that can be tapped with enormous maritime opportunities to generate legitimate livelihood for our youths’ through the Warri Harbourthrough the Warri Harbour
� Warri is an important Oil Producing Cluster with a refinery to cap it up
� It has a potential for igniting conflicts, hence the youths within the Cluster should be meaningfully engage to wane them away from conflicts and restiveness
� Therefore, inclusive budget alone cannot develop this Cluster without communal peace. Let there be peace!

Others are; Construction of Officers and Airmen Accommodation in Yenagoa, Sokoto, Warri and Port Harcourt (By Direct Labour)at N501 million by Federal Ministry of Defence, Construction of 4 Units of 3 Classroom Block with VIP toilets at Ogheye Primary School (EghorokeTown), Warri North LGA at N60 million etc,
� Warri Cluster has 48 projects in the “Abridged Factsheet”.
� There is however a Master List of over 600 projects, which more projects for this cluster can be downloaded in the next 2weeks via www.nigerdeltabudget.org, inclusive of NDDC projectsprojects
� It empowers you to know the exact figures concerning these projects, which Warri people may have seen its execution within your area for the fiscal year in reference.
� This is your democratic right and freedom to follow your money, meaning; we must protect our democracy too.
� We are willing to assist our Niger Delta communities follow their projects and further serve as a bridge, for the facilitation or an interfacing-bridge between our communities and the government at all levels.
� Anyone can therefore, send an enquiry concerning information on projects you may wish concerning information on projects you may wish to know. We shall accordingly follow up with the government for such information, provided; such enquiry not for a single individual personal gain but for the collective benefit of our suffering communities in the Niger Delta
