How communities as a whole can give under-served populations the resources they need to be successful entrepreneurs. The family that has restaurants in Iowa and Nebraska might be an option fora breakout session. They own La Juanita in Sioux City, IA, Lemars, IA, South Sioux City, NE, Storm Lake, IA and I'm not sure where else (Mexican food).Different family members run each one. Very popular. 6 Dell Gines was awesome! Informative and great speaker. Really enjoyed that; strong start to the summit. I think the challenge for "The Challenge" was somany people left before and so less interaction. But I liked the opportunity to speak to a few more people and eat a little something before hitting the road!
