However, there is a lag between the centre and the state in terms of policy. one of the major steps by the central govt has been 49% FDI in defence,’ he said. Prime Minister Narendra Modi while addressing the inaugural session of MP Global Investors Summit. Ackowledging the state’s focus on growth, he stated that the Centre and State must work hand-in-hand to symergise each other’s strengths. The Centre and state must be sup-plementary to each other.
