    Trong nhng nm gn y do s pht trin mnh m ca Internet nn vn

    truyn d liu trn mng c bit l truyn nh v m thanh c quan

    tm. Do vic nn d liu c bit d liu phim nh l cn thit hn bao giht. Trong phm vi lun vn ny ti tp trung vo vic nn d liu video.

    nh ng ang c quan tm. Lun vn ny c trnh by thnh bn

    chng v mt ph lc. Chng Mt ltng quan v nn nh ng. Chng

    ny gii thiu mt s chun nn nh ng l MPEG1,MPEG2,MPEG4 v

    MPEG7. ng thi cng trnh by cu trc ca video. Chng Hai trnh by

    thut nn nh ng do vy chc chn khng trnh khi thiu st. Cui cng

    ti xin chn thnh cm n s gip nhit tnh v hiu qu ca PGS TS HAnh Tu gip ti hon thnh lun vn ny.

    TNG QUAN V NN NH Video THEO CHUN MPEG

    1.1. Khi nim v Videov phng php nn Video

    1.1.1. Khi nim Video

    Video l s biu din in t ca mt chui cc nh lin tip. Nhng

    nh ny l nhng nh tnh v c gi l cc frame. Chui cc frame xut

    hin vi tc rt nhanh s cho ta cm gic chuyn ng lin tc (ti thiu l

    25frame/giy). Mc d mi framec s khc nhau, cn thit phi c tc

    frame cao t c cm gic chuyn ng thc s. Tc frame v

    phn gii ca mi frame l cc nhn t quan trng nh hng trc tip n

    cht lng Video. Trong truyn hnh, phn gii ca truyn hnh l 720x576

    v tc framel 25 hoc 30 Hz.

    1.1.1.1. Khng gian mu (Color Space)

    Da theo l thuyt v nh mu, cm th v mu ca mt trn c s 3

    mu c bn: mu (Red), mu lc (Green) v mu lam (Blue).

    Trong h mu RGB, cc mu c th c m t l cc im bn trong

    hnh lp phng n v, vi gc to (0, 0, 0) l mu en; 3 thnh phn R

    (), G (lc), B (lam) biu din cho 3 trc.

    Mt h thng biu din mu khc c s dng chnh trong lnh vc

    truyn hnh nhm gip vic s ha c thun li hn l h mu YUV, miu

    t mi nh trong Videogm cc thnh phn chi (Y) v sc mu (UV). H

    mu ny nhm t c hiu sut truyn cao hn, v gi nguyn tnh tng

    thch vi h s truyn hnh mu en trng. Thnh phn chi ( luminance) cung

    cp gi tr mc xm ca nh, hai thnh phn cn li mang thng tin v mu

    sc (chrominance) chuyn i t nh xm sang nh mu.

    Chuyn i RGB sang YUV c thc hin theo chun CCIR 601 nh

    sau:

    Y = 0.299R + 0.587G + 0.114B

    U = 0.493 (B - Y)

    V = 0.877 (R - Y)

    trong : Y l thnh phn chi v U, V l hai thnh phn mu.

    c bit: khi R = G = B th Y = R = G = B v U = V = 0.

    Mt nh dng mu khc l, tng t YUV l Y, CB, CRvi Y tng t

    nhtrn v hai thnh phn nhsau:

    CB= U/2 + 0.5CR= V/1.6 + 0.5

    Do , mu CB, CRlun nm trong khong [0, 1].

    1.1.2. Cc phng php nn Video

    Mc tiu chnh ca vic nn tn hiu Videol biu din mt ngun tn

    hiu Videobng mt s bit t nht c th c m vn m bo yu cu cht

    lng cm th. Vi tn hiu Video, gii hn di thng ca tn hiu tng t

    khong 6MHz, trong khi tn hiu Videos ho theo tiu chun CCIR 601 vi

    tc bit l 270Mbit/schim di thng khng di 189MHz, tc l ln hn

    31,5 ln so vi di thng ca tn hiu tng t. Chnh v vy, gim di thng l

    vn quan trng vi cng ngh Videos.

    trong mt sframe(spatial redundancy).

    - Nn dng tn hiu theo thi gian, tc gim d

    tha theo thigian (temporal redundancy).

    - Nn hn hp s dng t hp cc phng php trn.

    1.1.2.1. Gim tc dng bit.

    C hai phng php gim tc dng bit.

    Cch th nht da trn c im sinh l ca mt ngi. Mt ngi

    khng nhy cm vi cc tn hiu mu nn trong phng php ny, ngi ta

    gim bt phn gii cc tn hiu mu.Cch th hai da trn ngha ca cc bit lng t ho cc im nh.

    Vi 8 bit lng t ho, cc bit ca byte ny c chia lm hai nhm: nhm c

    ngha hn (MMB-More Meaning Bit) v nhm t ngha hn (LMB-Less

    Meaning Bit). Vic ta ct gim cc bit ca nhm LMB s khng nh hng

    nhiu ti cht lng ca nh. Tuy nhin, phng php ny khng c chp

    nhn trong cc gii php gim di thng hin ti, nn cng s khng c

    cp n.Phn ln cc nh dng s thnh phn hin nay u s dng tn s ly

    mu 13.5MHzi vi tn hiu chi. Theo chun CCIR 601, nu 2 tn hiu mu

    c ly mu c ly mu vi tn s nhtn hiu chi, chng ta s c nh

    dng 4: 4: 4.nh dng ny c s dng trong cc thit b dng phim phi

    tuyn v trong ho vi tnh lin quan n phim nha. Tc bit ca nh

    dng ny cho h PAL l:

    Vi lng t ho 8 bit: (720 + 720 +720) x 576 x 8 x 25 = 249Mbit/sVi lng t ha 10 bit: (720 + 720 +720) x 576 x 10 x 25 = 311

    Mbit/s.

    Trong : 720 x 576 l phn gii mn hnh (576 l s dng /frame).

    25 l tc chuyn nh (25frames/s).

    Hin nay, cc thit b s dng k thut s th trng thit b Video

    chuyn dng thng s dng chun CCIR 601 4: 2: 2. Theo nh dng s ho

    ny, tn hiu Videothnh phn c ly mu vi tn s 13.5MHzi vi tn

    hiu chi, v 6,75MHzi vi hai tn hiu mu.

    Tc dng d liu ca nh dng ny c tnh nhsau:

    Khi ly mu 8 bit: (720 +360 +360) x 576 x 8 x 25 = 166Mbit/s.

    10 bit: (720 +360 +360) x 576 x 10 x 25 = 207Mbit/s.

    Nhvy, so vi phng php ly mu khng ct gim (4: 4: 4), phng

    php ny cho php ct gim c 33% tc dng bit.

    Vi nh dng 4: 1: 1 v 4: 2: 0, tc dng bit cn c ct gimnhiu hn. Vi 8 bit ly mu, tc dng bit tnh cho PAL l:

    (720 +180 +180) x 576 x 8 x 25 = 124.4Mbit/s.

    1.1.2.2. Nn dng tn hiu Video s theo khng gian

    Cc frame trong Video c quan h mt thit vi nhau, thm ch cc

    kt hp vi thng tin c. C nhiu phng php khc nhau xc nh s thay

    ra cn nhiu phng php khc, nhng gii thut ny c cht lng cao,

    nhng mc tnh ton phc tp v cn ang trong giai on nghin cu.

    MPEG-4 (~1998): m ISO/IEC 14496, l chun ch yu dnh cho cc ng

    dng a phng tin tng tc, phn loi khung cnh a phng tin thnh

    cc i tng ni dung media, tp trung vo dn knh, ng b d liu vi

    cc i tng media truyn qua mng. MPEG-4 s dng tc bit

    1.4.1. M hnh tng qut b m ho Video theo chun MPEG.

    Nn Video s nhm mc ch loi b d tha khng gian v d tha

    Trong phng php nn Video theo chun MPEG c hai k thut nn
